Good Day, I am currently performing the role of Project Manager (AGILE) at SASFIN Bank He has strong project management skills and has managed projects across different functional groups. My typical workday
When I come in in the morning I first do all my expiditing and updatings on Sap. Then I handle all my mails and queries. Deal with all my orders on SAP, also dealing with all finance dealings in getting the supplier paid and the customer billed. I handle mostly unauthorized orders but also standard orders orders. I do work very systematic with a good routine that works for me. I keep track of all my orders on a excell sheet and move it around as to where the order is in the process. I like to finish all my emails for the day on the same day. I work very well with my colleges, but sometimes the office noise do get to much for me, then I just go for a walk. My biggest challenge is to overcome mistakes . That is my biggest challenge that I really battle with as we all are human ad do make mistakes. I work from 7-4 I leave home at 6h00am and get back home at 5h00pm. This is my typical work routine

To work for BCX is really a life time opportunity, I've learn so much from this Corporate COMPANY, STAFF VERY FRENDLY ITS LIKE A FAMILY BUSINESS, THERE TIME FOR WORK AND TIME FOR PLAY, YES I DO GET MY ON AND OFF DAYS BUT THAT MAKES ME MORE STRONGER AND PROVE TO MANAGEMENT THAT IM WILLING TO DO ANYTHING THATS POSSIBLE, IVE LEARN ALOT WHILE SITTING RECEPTION AND THAT MAKES MY DAYS MORE FULLER.IM A PERSON TO LEARN EVERY DAY, THE REASON FOR LOOKING FOR A NEW JOB IS BECAUSE I NO IM MORE VALUABLE AND DESERVE THE BEST YES THEY LOOKING WELL AFTER ME BUT ITS TIME TO MOVE ON IM HERE FOR OVER 20YEARS ALREADY. THE CHALLENGING ASPECTS OF THE JOB IS WHEN I HAVE TO ANSWER CALL , SEE TO CLIENTS PLUS ANSWERING THE INTERCOM AND I HAVE TODO ORDER FOR FUNCTIONS EACH DAY DOING BOOKINGS AND SEE THAT EVERYTHING GOES SMOOTH.
Pros: THIS COMPANY IS WHY I AM WHAT I AM TODAY IT FILL IN SO MANY DREAMS AND MOST CAME TRUE BY WORKING HERE.
Cons: I WORK FROM 08H00 TILL 17H00 WITH AND HALF HOUR BREAK AND A HOUR BREAK FOR LUNCH.

Excellent Working Experiance
Due to the size of the company I encountered a lot of challenges, however it was a great experience to work at BCX. It provides one the opportunity to approach finance in a whole new light.Working with the various and different business units provided the opportunity to view things in a different perspective to finance.
Pros: Gaining a good and solid work experience
Cons: Sometimes one has to work long hours into the night and early part of the morning.

Most efficient section
Sales environment is very busy, account management via internal sales. Escalation, lead and opportunity management keeps us on our toes. Providing sales quotes to customers and processing orders. Customer relationship management via daily calls and direct email marketing to customers. Solution and campaign sales form part of the daily duties which result to lead generation. We form part of sales however we have to liaise with technical, back office, product marketing and all other business units to ensure customer satisfaction.

Learning more front -end development and strengthning my back-end development and API implementation
Developing in-house software to handle their export services using MVC 6, .Net 5/.Net Core 2 (started with .Net Core 1.1 then upgraded to .Net Core 2) c#,CSS3 , HTML5, JavaScript and JQuery. I am involved in in the front-end and back-end. In the back-end developing code for the server side that communicates to API that perform CRUD functionality on the database. On the front-end I use CSS3, HTML5, Javascript and JQuery to make the UI look professional and interactive.

Great opportunities and Awesome growth
the company is very great and has great opportunities. My current job specs requires me to communicate with different departments in order to achieve the company's goal and meet the requirements of the company's strategy. I have touched the following teams, Finance ( Creditors team, Billing team and debtors team) , SAP ERP team, MDM Consultant, CRM Dynamics, Salesforce and other different technical and Non technical teams. Every day or rather since the company is ITC and Telecom, the requirements visions and strategy challenges as the world challenges as well. New technology and way of doing things impact my day everyday to ensure that the company meets its long term strategy and short team strategy, people are goal driven and results driven. We work very well as a team and really enjoy what we do as it adds very to our organisation and assist Exco to make informed decisions.
