Its been good working here. I lerned a lot of things. And l lerned a lot of new thing. I know how to use centre lathe and milling machine. And little bit of cnc lathe and milling. I can do slots and groves. I know many tool. I was luck to have this appoturnite to study as Turner Mchinist.

Very limited challenges cause of Hv as I'm a very proactive in light current most of our work is based on customer satisfaction. Learning or employee development is key here but if u fail any program brought to you it will take u time to progress

ALLOCATING THE GENERAL LEDGER ACCOUNT OF ALL THE REQUISITION AROUND KOEDOESPOORT REGION.

I have a great skill of welding , Also I was a( SHE) health and safety environment , I do care of my safety and people who are working with me, I am the best, and I have NQF level 2 production technology I did it for one year at cape gate , I am a qualified welder who can also lead them for company growth ....... . I am innovative person

My company is a good company, the work load is reasonable and my colleagues are good. However the support given is limited and there is no proper structure

Learnt so much in terms of logistics
I start work 15minutes before to analyze the work for the day and plan. I communicate with co-workers about the expectation from senior management and customers. I have a good relationship with co-workers and as well they have good relation with me. I have learnt a lot in terms of communication, leadership, reporting and presentation skills to mention a few. My challenging moments is when we have challenges in reaching the expected target and need to report to customers and senior management. The good moments is when we are ahead of target allocated to us by both management and satisfying the customers.
Pros: Reliability; focus; communication skills are required to be applied.
Cons: Longer working hours and working under pressure.

Learned a lot in logistics and supply chain
Transnet is a big company and with its own challenges.i have learned a lot in this company .I have to print cycle count every day and selected items to be counted. Reviews daily challenges on stock controllers. check material delivered and material dispatched. Check shortages of material on production line. my relationship with my co- workers is good cause I have never received any complain .I have learned to work with different suppliers, departments and doing new projects.I enjoy starting a projects and the projects became successful.Most challenging aspects is variances on material and doing investigation plus dealing with employees that are not cooperative
Pros: i receive a better knowledge in logistics and experience in this field. I know i can be able to face the outside word in this field

Great company to work for
Great company to work for. You get to learn a lot and experience different environment. Management is great with great benefits. 7:30 to 4 working hours unless theres an urgent sotuation but thats not an everyday thing.
