Capable of doing the right thing in the best way and correct manner......capable of meeting deadlines and able to work shifts. Team work it helps a lot in the oganisation. Listening to other peoples opinion or views in oder fo me to learn as we learn everyday.working under pressure to help finish the job very fast and reach the highest level of my job.when signing on do not concetrate too much on the signing off because you will never reach the target.co-operation is the best key.treating and respecting other people with dignity and pride

Excellent Learning
Typical day will mostly begin with attending a teleconference meeting where previous day performance are discussed and whatever issues were there. i have a good relationship with my colleagues, its not perfect but it is good there is huge respect among each other which i value. i have learnt so much about railway operations as it was a completely new environment for me. i enjoy the people i work with and the management that always inspire us to grow and the ample opportunities we are given to study and further our development individually. its a huge company and sometimes one may be overwhelmed with things to do.

Learning Curve
Big organisation with multiple disciplines, Busy as we are customer orientated. Challenging since we are project based and currently I am responsible for 13 projects. Great workmanship, taking their own safety serious. I have learnt cultural differences and religious beliefs and managed to accepts people as they come. always willing to assist and empower through training. I love training and see people I have touched progress in life. Not having enough budget for safety is a nightmare as it is considered a wasteful department
Pros: Stuck in the same position for the past 7years
Cons: company pays 8hrs a day but because of work pressure i put in 12hours a day even work at home

Good learning environment
I was working on an 8hours shift daily with the best co-workers, there's unity in all departments. I have learnt the practical duties of an Industrial engineer. I really enjoyed the benefits like free courses training related to your department. There's no major challenge i can mention
