Learned a lot in logistics and supply chain
Transnet is a big company and with its own challenges.i have learned a lot in this company .I have to print cycle count every day and selected items to be counted. Reviews daily challenges on stock controllers. check material delivered and material dispatched. Check shortages of material on production line. my relationship with my co- workers is good cause I have never received any complain .I have learned to work with different suppliers, departments and doing new projects.I enjoy starting a projects and the projects became successful.Most challenging aspects is variances on material and doing investigation plus dealing with employees that are not cooperative
Pros: i receive a better knowledge in logistics and experience in this field. I know i can be able to face the outside word in this field

Excellent learning curve
Selfim dedicated motivated person who doesn't shift the responsibility a hard working individual person who can meet the deadlines also strive torwards a growth orientated position not only leeding to a life career but can provide me with an opportunity to play an intergral role in the transformation of the company and the person who takes any delegating from supervisor, work long hours and very punctual to work closely with other people especially in problem solving situations, and have excellent communication skill

Good communication, team work (support and motivate each other) house keeping.
I use to assist with tools and materials to the eractors as well as first aid.i've good communication with others i help, support and motivate oneother as a team work. I've learn to respect and understand others. I enjoyed team work and good communication. The challenge we had is only weather conditions in our site when it's raining we can't work do to electrical hazards.

Excellent practice on meeting jobs requirement.
I'm doing maintenance planned or unplanned,breakdowns,fault finding,I have learn how to work with many people different environment others got lot politics issues but we do manage to work together. We practice everyday to work according to the schedule if you struggle platform are there to assist you to meet the job requirements.
