Great company to work for. You get to learn a lot and experience different environment. Management is great with great benefits. 7:30 to 4 working hours unless theres an urgent sotuation but thats not an everyday thing.

Very good learning capabilities

Excellent learning course,needs dedication and hard work
The company was great It trained me to be a hard worker and dedicated man.I have learnt to be on time when doing tasks and working under pressure I enjoyed learning and to be trained as a welder

Excellent hard worker
I need this job because i am a hard work i will any thing that you can offered for me. I want to help my mother with bills at home and continue with my study's. I like to communicate with other people to share some different ideas working together as a team. I am a matriculant and i busy continue with my study's at Berea Technical college I'm doing Engineering course.

Learning Curve
Big organisation with multiple disciplines, Busy as we are customer orientated. Challenging since we are project based and currently I am responsible for 13 projects. Great workmanship, taking their own safety serious. I have learnt cultural differences and religious beliefs and managed to accepts people as they come. always willing to assist and empower through training. I love training and see people I have touched progress in life. Not having enough budget for safety is a nightmare as it is considered a wasteful department
Pros: Stuck in the same position for the past 7years
Cons: company pays 8hrs a day but because of work pressure i put in 12hours a day even work at home

Good communication
If you have good communication skill it makes it easier for to work with other people, building the company and sharing ideas that can be useful to the growth of the company. It teaches you to be humble and respect others with good attitude toward other people.

Excellent learning experience
I am currently working as a chief Admin dealing with customer from day to day. I interact with different people and comes up with solution to solve conflicts that arises on a daily basis especially in dealing with customers queries. I am working with a great team members and willing to help each other whenever there are tasks not completed. when there are conflicts among us we resolved them and put measures to avoid those conflicts from happening again. Happy employees makes happy customers, and what I learnt is that hard work pays at the end the more effort you put to your work the more proud you become and be passionate about what you do. The challenges that I often deals with in daily basis is when we don't deliver on time to our customers and being able to convince a customer as what causes the delays. Most of the time you must have Resilience in order for you face any challenges that comes your way. I take pride in my work and go extra-mile for any task given.
