Great experience
To work at Transnet its a great experience because I learn to communicate with a lot of people during my shift eg :manager, supervisors, machine drivers and department of planning by communicate with all them my job runs smooth and I meet target very easily, challenges that I face is to have breakdown with the machines that I'm running with because i can't meet my target

Excellent company
Experienced and excellent company that takes care of the needs of their employees. The company does a lot of community service as well as training youngsters. It has given me the opportunity to become an aircraft maintenance engineer. I am extremely grateful and experience because of them. I have a very good relationships with my coworkers due to my impeccable people skills. My work days are usually very busy and filled with challenging tasks. I have learned how to manage my time and deal with challenging tasks in a stressful, pressurized environment. Most challenging aspects are dealing with troubleshooting in a time constraint environment.

Great company with opportunities
A 8 hours shift with an hour lunch, a day start with a morning meeting and then daily tasks follows from supervisor. Every one heads to their station or wherever the tasks directs. Once a task is completed the section manager must sign off the task sheet then proceed to another one. Team work is used where required and safety is number 1 priority

Good, fitting,interpersonal basic planning,time managment and communication skill.
Proficient in the use of basic hand tools. ,ability to read and interpret circuitand to use mechanical and electrical instruments.Ability to work at height and cnfined space.adaptability to change, able to work with a team and independently.
Pros: For what i learn and understand i will apriciate be promoted

Im a fast learner , hardworker and proud of everything I do driven with safety mindset.
Im not taking this only as an oppurtunity to gain cash but this is where I belive I will gain both personal satisfaction valuable experience and by all means to contribute meaning fully to the future growth of our company.

I gainned a lot of experience on contruction jobs
I im a verry fast learner an i can copy at any situetion. We were having agreat team we worked as team we were like family. I had a great tym there. I traveled many places doing rail maintaince where by knew a lot of defferent dirrections arround South Africa
Pros: I am busy with my degree and I am very realible
Cons: We used to work as many durring shutdown time so i can able to an extended hour in short notice

Great opportunity for a person who is interested in the technical field
A normal 9 to 5 working environment Great interaction with fellow artisans and lecturers I have gained more mechanical and technical skills I enjoyed being in the field(workshop)
