Excellent learning
I have enjoyed working at Shoprite retail store. I have learned many things such as basic knowledge of different maintenance and equipment, to work as a team and also to good customer service. I was working 40 hours a week and equipment was working night shift and holidays if required.

I can learn very quick
Phumeza mteto has a 10years of experience in retail industry and I'm very good at what I do, I worked in cash office as a cash office clerk doing filling, switchboard operater inbound and outbound, balancing money's, sassa and cashing up.

Trainings
-Learned to open and clos the store -Leaned to deal with difficult staff members -Trainings and conferences. --Team work -Learned to manage staff. -Work with different races. -Deal with difficult customers.
Pros: its very nice in this company they check your potential and passion for promotin(hardwork pays)
Cons: I just hate the fact that we do not have specific lunch time, but all in all everything in shoprite is just good,you learn as you go.

Excellent and interesting job

Great environment feeled with love and warmth
I have learnt customer service. Interacting with different people and cultures. Enjoy working with the stuff and being productive.Challenging part was producing production while customers are waiting for production during the day. Dealing with complaints in a calm manner
