Retail experience at its best
My name is Lambeni Foxo, I am a young vibrant and enthusiastic African male, who is very passionate about life and have such a great deal of patriotism, as such this translates to my will and keenness to learn and grow personally and professionally. Excellent learning curve
At Shoprite it was constantly busy always slot of work to do such as packing out of stock , rotation of stock and off loading of the stock off the goods truck my relationship with my co-workers was good but there we're moment when they just get under a person's skin but I could still count on them I have picked up leadership skills and how to work under pressure and how to create my own presentation layouts and making flashers. What I enjoy the most about working at Shoprite was that being with my friends at Shoprite , The most challenging part of working by Shoprite was working in Holidays and end of the month when there was all of stock coming in that same day.

Trainings
I was very excited when I came to this company in 2014 as I did not know any experience of a job but since I got here I went through different stages but I learnt a lot of things and now I feel its time to move on and find a new opportunity(challenge), One other thing that I like about it is team work and that I learnt to multitask
Pros: its very nice in this company they check your potential and passion for promotin(hardwork pays)
Cons: I just hate the fact that we do not have specific lunch time, but all in all everything in shoprite is just good,you learn as you go.

Excellent learning curve
Planning weekly promotions,making sure the floor is packed neatly & KVI lines are all available,making sure staff is wearing their uniform properly,dealing with merchandisers & reps,checking daily reports & weekly stocktakes e.g. cigarettes recons,service dept stocktakes.holding shrinkage meetings with staff,dept supervisors,securities & managers,working through our monthly budgets meeting deadlines.

Learning how ro become a cashier
I worked as a cashier at shoprite and that's what i would like to work with you in your store and sometimes we work for long hours . relationship with co_workers was good and i like talking to the customer's and have a great conversation to make them come again

Its nice to work with customers
It is so nice to work with customers because I learned a lot from them,others they keep on come in the shop couse of the good interaction between us. We were even had some problems but we endup smile couse of sweet and good strategies we have.

Excelle
Receding stock and returning it.-I have a very too working relationship with my co- workers.I have learn a lot about working with people all the time u have to be friendly and love people.I enjoy receiving a lot I meet different people with different characters everyday.You have to be the accurate person with patience because sometimes it happens that you are receiving a person who want to rob you with the stock so every time you have to be alert.

A typical work day
i work with shift,firstly when i nock i sign after, i take load from my supervisor then i go to the tealer then i start to work. when working with my colegues i enjoy but i love my work as i work,but i want work with health because i ve been worked with patient for long tme,and i have exprience and have gulification,i want face new challenges from different places.i learn how to work with different people and to understand different people.i enjoy to learn from each others,the challenge is i work small hours because the more i work small hours is the more i getting low salariers

I currently receive stock , and scanning them
I'm a recieving clerk , my job description i I basically receive stock from different suppliers , I've got a big relationship with my colleagues because we all do a similar job , I've learnt alot since working here from ordering stock , to counting it and especially the invoices
