As a diligent worker
I believe on making a change and I am able to work under pressure. I am driven by my motive to wake up go to work, I know I have to work so hard to reach the top. I can learn things in my own way and I would be more than happy to join you.

Sales manager
My day usually starts with eye ball inspection just look small mistakes that can be fixed quickly, then followed by a full inspection from the lights,sales floor and storerooms,assign counts, review variance reports as well as other operational reports for price overrides /markdown (both instore&buyers)from the previous day. Feedback,Check price changes Review direct orders,do spot check in Receiving, follow up on inspection(x2,mid-day&afeternoon) ,customer services 1hr.Review orders for Dc-warehouse,negotiate deals with suppliers./sales reps,check staff productivity, banking, review promotions.
Pros: great recognition for hardworkers,good opportunity for promotion,good bonus for high perfomers(quarterly or annually).
Cons: may expererience fridge failures,long working hours,alarm call outs after hours.

Excellent learning curve
Working for this company helped me a as it was my first job. The journey has taught me a lot about myself and career. How to work with people, on being a leader and leading by example. To being hands on,teaching others how to cooperate with tough customer. Making and taking good decisions that will benefit the company. How to deal with problem employees. To always be prepared and think on feet, make follow ups on what ever issues. I have gained experience on different departments all around the store. One think that I loved is working with different types of people including customers because you learn a new thing every day.

Fast learner & can work under pressure
A typical day at work was sorting out the stock room and make sure that the sales floor was full at all times and to off-load the delivery trucks and pack stock in the stock room. My relationship with my co-workers was a good relationship and worked well together. I learned how to off-load stock from the delivery trucks and to work under pressure and how handle a single aisle on my own. I enjoyed working with my co-workers and manager because they were very friendly and not very uptight. The challenging aspects of the job was to off-load +- 5 delivery trucks with 14 pallets or more and to remove it from the rolling belt and pack it again in the stock room, but I got used to it at the end.
