Learning how to survive the everchallenging curve
There is the advantage of working at my own pace & it determines how much I will earn per period. Therefore the harder I work in terms of sales volumes the more returns I get. Problem is overstraining myself to get the next sale. Sometimes people are just not interested in the product or just do not have the money to buy. They will let you talk then tell you that are not interested or direft you to someone else. It is however rewarding to persist and come up with new ways to get business.
Pros: Working at your own pace and determining your own targets, very rewarding when those are achieved
Cons: Disappointing results & the need to continue working in order to meet targets.

Developing and growing
Positive daily learning curve. Relationships can be difficult but for the most part productive i have acquired a massive boost on my skills set regarding coaching and working with kids. I have improved my health and fitness due to physical activity required.

Excellent opportunities
I was retrenched December 2016. I could not stay stagnant and decided to be a freelancer till current. Ive been working for different companies and projects from a month to month basis dependant on my availability. Ive worked normal hours and work days, alot of challenges due to certain deadlines of projects. Awesome short relationships with co-workers as the environments we work in is very supportive. I've learned that each moment spent with different people, different cultures and personalities are a blessing and we are never to old to learn from each other. I enjoy meeting new people, learning new internal systems and resolving the issues to accomplish success in a project. Challenges will be everywhere you go especially in a new environment, it is how you perceive, retrieve and persue any task given to you.

6 month limited contract at an airline
As a Consultant in look for limited fixed term contracts to get the flexibility in need for my growing family. I hold BA LLB and LLM degrees and have over 26 years PQE.
Pros: Have experience in variety of industries. Great perks include rebate travel..
Cons: No benefits of RA etc.

Rough Seas
Most of the time I have during my role as a freelance developer, I spend on canvassing new prospects. The SME sector is my main source of clientele, so CRM is central to my operations. I have since moved on into securing reputable paths of certification, more specifically, the Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer path. So far I have succeeded in obtaining my status as a Microsoft Certified Professional and looking to apply my skills whilst growing my Professional portfolio.

Adapting and learning a new environment, making it a success.
I have been a stay at home dad.I have acquired skills I have never thought possible. Learned what true patience means. Managing and negotiating with my little girl has been interesting and adventurous time, she is a very demanding and picky client. Through my sleepless nights and messy day's. Time keeping, organization, willingness and participation has brought structure and love into my family. I can proudly say I have provided my little one with the skills needed take on the world.
Pros: Beter person for taking on this role.
Cons: My wife got a bit jealous for me spending more time with our daughter.
