Most of the time I have during my role as a freelance developer, I spend on canvassing new prospects. The SME sector is my main source of clientele, so CRM is central to my operations. I have since moved on into securing reputable paths of certification, more specifically, the Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer path. So far I have succeeded in obtaining my status as a Microsoft Certified Professional and looking to apply my skills whilst growing my Professional portfolio.

Adapting and learning a new environment, making it a success.
I have been a stay at home dad.I have acquired skills I have never thought possible. Learned what true patience means. Managing and negotiating with my little girl has been interesting and adventurous time, she is a very demanding and picky client. Through my sleepless nights and messy day's. Time keeping, organization, willingness and participation has brought structure and love into my family. I can proudly say I have provided my little one with the skills needed take on the world.
Pros: Beter person for taking on this role.
Cons: My wife got a bit jealous for me spending more time with our daughter.

Challenging career
The work content is vast, sometimes tyiring and stressful. It can be financially rewarding. Fees not always easy to collect. If it is status one wants to acquire it will meet that expectation but do little in securing work. Demands commitment and high standards in work.

My experience includes managing and developing people as well as growing companies.
Experience gained over the past 28 years include engagement with SME's, Private and Public sector as well as large enterprises in the ICT and other market segments. Thrive working under pressure, equally enjoy new business development as well as building on-going and strategic relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Achieving of goals whilst maintaining good relationships is my greatest asset. Years of experience with very different and sometimes very challenging situations have taught me that change, flexibility and communication is key. I have the advantage of having worked for some truly dynamic leaders and I hope to build on the lessons I have learned. My ability to adapt to change, as well as my knowledge of the local and international markets are key skills I can bring to the table. Also understanding the social challenges to any given problem is imperative delivering great solutions through technology and services.

I would like to make a career change and looking for a new challenge.
