I was retrenched December 2016. I could not stay stagnant and decided to be a freelancer till current. Ive been working for different companies and projects from a month to month basis dependant on my availability. Ive worked normal hours and work days, alot of challenges due to certain deadlines of projects. Awesome short relationships with co-workers as the environments we work in is very supportive. I've learned that each moment spent with different people, different cultures and personalities are a blessing and we are never to old to learn from each other. I enjoy meeting new people, learning new internal systems and resolving the issues to accomplish success in a project. Challenges will be everywhere you go especially in a new environment, it is how you perceive, retrieve and persue any task given to you.

Rough Seas
Most of the time I have during my role as a freelance developer, I spend on canvassing new prospects. The SME sector is my main source of clientele, so CRM is central to my operations. I have since moved on into securing reputable paths of certification, more specifically, the Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer path. So far I have succeeded in obtaining my status as a Microsoft Certified Professional and looking to apply my skills whilst growing my Professional portfolio.

I would like to make a career change and looking for a new challenge.
My experience includes managing and developing people as well as growing companies. Qualities I bring to the table is: Honesty, Work Ethic, Flexibility, Determination, Persistence, Dedication, Creativity and a Positive Outlook. I am now looking for opportunities locally and internationally to further grow my career. An opportunity to travel, new challenges and career advancements is key for my future.

Deadline-driven with high productivity
The best features of freelancing is that I work to deadline on a brief, i complete the assignment in my own time, whether it is at 3pm or 3am! I love working on my own, but sometimes I miss the opportunity to sound ideas and creative concepts off others. The kind of scenario that working in a traditional office allows for.
Pros: Independence; working at my own pace and in my own private space

Working for myself is great. My boss is the best!
Except that he always talks at the same time I talk, and then we both talk to ourselves. I can work my own hours, but often that means working late! Coffee is free too.

Examples include: I make protein bars and seed bars and supply them to juice bars and cafés. I also sell sports supplements and gym apparel.
