Making the exciting work place

Businesses will always want to grow and it is my passion to help them grow. Growth brings in new skill which I enjoy in sharing and empowering others with. When a business acquires new business opportunities they sometimes forget to upskill which then brings clearer product knowledge and happy and satisfied customer. That is my passion and what I have been doing in my differ capacities throughout my working career and my self employed adventure. I would like to take this forward in any form and at the platform of a potential employer.

Amazing experience

I work on a booking basis predominantly with students from grade 10 and upwards to start preparing them for matric. A typical session consists of making students take notes on various topics, to which homework is assigned and gone over in the next lesson. Before assessments I cover past papers with students, making them do it on their own before marking it and going through errors with them. I have learnt sociable skills and the ability to transform the way in which I relay information if it is not initially grasped. The most challenging aspects for me include when I know a child has the potential to do better and making them see what I see in them, however it is extremely rewarding when I have been able to help a child improve their marks and surpass their initial goals.

Pros: I am in charge of my time ans hourly rates
Cons: Stressful to do on a part time basis while also studying

Challenging opportunity

200 seater restaurant. My duty was to assist customer with complaint and compliment. Train waiters and staffs to know and deal with customer queries. Ordering stock from suppliers and make sure the floor run smoothly

- Previous night Food Prep, Early Moring Cooking , serving and cleanup. - Good relation to peers, have maintained Supervision, and Managerial positin. - Patience with Customer, Regular feedback, Leader by example, subordinate encouragement. - The effort you put in, doing it with love - The pace, keeping time.

Cons: Longer working hours if the job is not done.

Excellent learning curve and experience in dealing with different people.

I love working with people. I enjoy interacting with other staff members. I have grown in customer relations and I am empowered by attending the SA host course, and all the team building courses that have improved my interacting skills with the co workers and helped me to understand people and work well and productively in a multi cultural environment.

Challenging but worth it.

I am not too sure as to what I should write in this section because I worked alone and most of the work is done at home. Interesting proposals come my way to analyze which gives me an insight to many other disciplines and increases my knowledge base which is always fun.
