Good relationship with co-workers, and excellent vompany to work for. The thing about exxaro is that its a very diverse company and alot of different cultures. Most challenging job is understanding and respecting different cultures of the years. I enjoy workinv with different cultures and get along very well.

Leadership skills
I am a good leader in everything I do, I was a class representative at the university of Johannesburg engineering class, I was a chairperson at the new covenant church of Christ, I was the leader of a community youth prayer team, I do serminas in December to educate youth about teenage pregnancy, abstaining, education and universities registration.

Excellent learning curve
It is a good company to work for also gained vast experience. Working with my co workers its great because we greet each other and friendly to each other. When i am at work on my shift,1st things 1st,i go to computer to read outstandings jobs from previous shift,then attemd to them when done i do daily routine checks. Then when foremans arrive we attend meetings and then its either i am given tasks to do for daily maintanance or continue with breakdowns till shift is over,then complete hours and jobs handover anyoutsanding jobs and write down spares needed. Then wait for nextshift Artisans then go home. I enjoy doing my job and getting to resolve breakdowns on time I have learnt to believe in myself and have great confidence.

Have learnt to compile and bid and submit tenders at various companies.
Working with skilled and gifted individuals at different positions that they work on,enjoying more company of the IT guys who showed and taught me lot from their skills.Travelled more often with the boss,driving him to his meetings and do messenger,post and banking duties for him.
Pros: None
Cons: Starting the day very early to take his kids to school,and a few times take him home after his meetings

Good company and team work
The work is challenging and my team mates are the best ever, as we always have challenges on repairing and maintaining of faults in a company which has less recources to help with our job. Love all the challenges and strenuous problems as it is a learning process.
Pros: Less opportunities on promotions
Cons: Long hours without payment for it.

Excellent Learning Experience
I work for a Broker. My day starts with reading e mails and attending to queries from clients . Thereafter I load policies and do all admin work.My co workers look up to me for help and we get along very well. I have learnt alot about how to be the best Broker and willingness to earn your salary. My best aspect is being able to communicate and interact with clients. Building trust with them. The most challenging aspect part of my job is meeting deadlines and ensuring that everything is 200 percent.

Learning curve
An ordinary day at work is to come together with the staff for a meeting every morning, while having coffee and discussions for the week. after that I get ready to teach the learners for the day to the best of my ability. we do a lot of admin during the day, like taking the class's register, taking in the money when learners have to pay school things, planning the lessons, set up tests and assignments. i am very organized and do everthing on time or earlier if possible. I have made great friends at the school and the co-workers help each other where and how they can. I have learnt to work with different kinds of people amd how to handle situations. Most educators hate doing admin, but I love to do admin and be prepared for what I have to do for that day. The most challenging aspects is to work and help children with different types of homes.

My work place
I love my job. I am activily involved in my work place. I have a good relationship with all staff. I love people and work well with others as well as on my own. However the environment I am in I am needing to be involved and I thoroughly enjoy it. I have learned so much more working for this company. I become an all rounder in my position. All the above is what I enjoy in my work. I thrive on challenges.
