Great opportunity to get experience
A typicall day at work it driving around fetching children gett them home safely making sure they eat and get all their homework done then i need to keep them entertained, and occasionally take them on trips to different places. I tend to develope good relationships with the mothers of the children and i am always open to constuctive critisism. Working with children i have learnt alot like take the swings as they come and planning ahead of time to stay organised. Children can teach you alot and building a bond is part of the job. I really enjoy working with children they keep you smiling and i love working with people and helping people which is why i enjoy the job so much. The most challenging aspects is the behaviour of the child they can be difficult to work with and hard to get through to.

Excellent learning experience
Love working for myself. You learn alot about businesses and the effects the economy has on sme's. I really enjoy getting to know people and every day is a challenge with new clients and their needs. However, it's not very stable, clients find it difficult to pay, some months I don't have clients. Etc. I'm rather looking for something permanent that can help me earn a stable income.
Pros: Work at my home, own time
Cons: Finding work and also getting paid

I learned different way of treating a child and understand their milestones
Hardworking, good communication, problem solving, self discipline, able to work under pressure, ability to work with or without team, sociable, disciplined and determined, good asset for the company
Pros: The company was great and the salary were also reasonable
Cons: Working long time from 8- 5 and u only get one off day once a week(1day) u don't have time to study further nor to explore

Have learnt to compile and bid and submit tenders at various companies.
Working with skilled and gifted individuals at different positions that they work on,enjoying more company of the IT guys who showed and taught me lot from their skills.Travelled more often with the boss,driving him to his meetings and do messenger,post and banking duties for him.
Pros: None
Cons: Starting the day very early to take his kids to school,and a few times take him home after his meetings

As a driver you must be apeopleperson and be humble beacause working with people is not easy
waking up as aery as 02:00am to start collecting workers waiting for late employees being selfless being accommodative making sure that you always early and on time being humble managing time

I have worked as an all rounder in the retail industry
My typical day is to listen to complains and to make sure that my staff are happy with decisions and councelling. I update leave and work on my payroll with daily administrations. I am a people pleaser and love to have staff and management. I am kind and understanding and can think under stress and pressure and make rational decisions based on the info i have been provided with.
