Great opportunity to get experience
A typicall day at work it driving around fetching children gett them home safely making sure they eat and get all their homework done then i need to keep them entertained, and occasionally take them on trips to different places. I tend to develope good relationships with the mothers of the children and i am always open to constuctive critisism. Working with children i have learnt alot like take the swings as they come and planning ahead of time to stay organised. Children can teach you alot and building a bond is part of the job. I really enjoy working with children they keep you smiling and i love working with people and helping people which is why i enjoy the job so much. The most challenging aspects is the behaviour of the child they can be difficult to work with and hard to get through to.

I have worked as an all rounder in the retail industry
My typical day is to listen to complains and to make sure that my staff are happy with decisions and councelling. I update leave and work on my payroll with daily administrations. I am a people pleaser and love to have staff and management. I am kind and understanding and can think under stress and pressure and make rational decisions based on the info i have been provided with.

Project and program managment for the last 15 years in finanical and Telecom industry. I manage multiple resource from various unit - using management styles . I am the person that most of co-worker come to for advise and guidance. Most of my co-worker have of the years become clsoe friends. Over the years I realised that project never go as planned hence plans needs to be re aligned and assessed. People are our graetest asset and need to be managed and treated with care. Having said that people can also be the most chalenging part of this job together with limited finance and increasing scope. the job can be very rewarding especially when the initaitive is successfully implmentated and it improve our lives.

Learning curve
Learning more about transport route planning and obstacles in transport industry. Better ducument control. Assisting drivers on route and getting them safe to loading and offloading points.

Exxaro
Good relationship with co-workers, and excellent vompany to work for. The thing about exxaro is that its a very diverse company and alot of different cultures. Most challenging job is understanding and respecting different cultures of the years. I enjoy workinv with different cultures and get along very well.

Gained Knowledge on PTT but current skill set allowed me to win deals
Great company and opportunities but the order process takes too long therefore leaving clients in a waiting position which is something I personally am nit use to.

Good company and team work
The work is challenging and my team mates are the best ever, as we always have challenges on repairing and maintaining of faults in a company which has less recources to help with our job. Love all the challenges and strenuous problems as it is a learning process.
