Im a very dedicated and hard working individual. Im not afraid of hard labour.
I enjoy working in a group especially various races. That gives me the opportunity to learn the various cultures. I'm very hard working and are always available for overtime work. The most challenging for me is when a supervisor is not fair, but have his own favourates.
Pros: I would love to be a senior storeman one day

Learning opportunity
i was in charge of bring in new business in and search for new work/business opportunities. i have a loving open relationship with my co-workers. i have learned a lot in the past months and would love to learn more in a different industry. my challenges are that i know the boss on a personal level as well and it is becoming a problem

New Space, New Challenges, New Culture.
The last major corporate I worked in was at Globacom Nigeria. I managed a team of 5 regional managers and an ops team of 25. I had an excellent relationship with a lot of interaction with the team as a crucial part of the portfolio was skills transfer regarding CRM and OPS management. Being a South African in a foreign country, the culture and thinking patterns of the local team was most interesting . A typical day involved, addressing assurance and provisioning issues as per SLA. Most enjoyable part of job was customer interaction and visits. The most challenging portion of portfolio was creating an ability to survive in an environment with minimum or no resources.

Good
- my days are all about the little one i look after. To make sure she is fine and overall her well being -my relationship with my co-workers are fantastic i really enjoy her company and we work well together -i have learnt how to look after a child and many responsibilities aswell as PA responsibilities -I enjoy doing all of the PA work - There are no challenges in being an au pair if you are good at your job

Excellent learinig curve, international experience, variaty of sites,
The company is fast growing. It operates internationally rendering specialized electrical services. There are 132 staff members wit 1 international branch in DRC and 4 local branches - HQ in Nelspruit, Middelburg, Pretoria and Cape Town. The co-workers are professional and friendly, we do not socialize much because of the huge workloads and demands. I learnt a great deal on specialized transformer and power generation services as well as different site requirements and standards from mining, construction to production industry and manufacturing. The most challenging is the international standards and different site specific SHEQ requirements.
Pros: International contacts, new challenges daily
Cons: Fast pace, changing client requirements on short notice

Project and program managment for the last 15 years in finanical and Telecom industry. I manage multiple resource from various unit - using management styles . I am the person that most of co-worker come to for advise and guidance. Most of my co-worker have of the years become clsoe friends. Over the years I realised that project never go as planned hence plans needs to be re aligned and assessed. People are our graetest asset and need to be managed and treated with care. Having said that people can also be the most chalenging part of this job together with limited finance and increasing scope. the job can be very rewarding especially when the initaitive is successfully implmentated and it improve our lives.

Preservience is key
I'm currently unemployed. My last job I worked for a family with a little boy. I connect with people and have a bubbly personality, no altercations with anyone. All ended on good terms. I've learned to be patient and more willing to learn things. Also eager to go that extrange mile to push myself and keep pushing myself to strive for better!
Pros: Good life learning lessons.
Cons: Having to go home and do the same thing over again.

Excellent Learning Curve
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN GILLIAN CAMPBELL CODNER ID 720505 026 708 5 joined the Company in March 2015 as PA and Administrator. During her time with us she was reliable, honest and loyal. Her disposition was amiable and inter-personal skills commendable, even under pressure.
