Amazing challenge!
Have enjoyed every minute of it. Made most of my own equipment. Learned to deal with being isolated teaching two lovely children. Have worked for wonderful people, the parents . Working in the Seychelles at present. Looking forward to coming home at the end of April.
Pros: Very relaxed atmosphere and basically doing my own thing.

You get to learn every machinery we have in the department.
It gets very hectic when we have breakdowns and the delivery date is closing in on us. Great relationship with my subordinates because we all work together to get the job done and to ensure a smooth running department. I've learnt that when we all pull together the job gets done quickly.

Excellent learning curve
It is a good company to work for also gained vast experience. Working with my co workers its great because we greet each other and friendly to each other. When i am at work on my shift,1st things 1st,i go to computer to read outstandings jobs from previous shift,then attemd to them when done i do daily routine checks. Then when foremans arrive we attend meetings and then its either i am given tasks to do for daily maintanance or continue with breakdowns till shift is over,then complete hours and jobs handover anyoutsanding jobs and write down spares needed. Then wait for nextshift Artisans then go home. I enjoy doing my job and getting to resolve breakdowns on time I have learnt to believe in myself and have great confidence.

I have twenty years’ experience and am a hardworking and dedicated individual. I am a strong leader but still consider myself a good team player. I am very experienced in my field, Front of House and Back of House, however still have an open mind to new ideas.

Learnt a lot in manufacturing and engineering , you are not encouraged to learn but you as an individual if you push yourself they don't stand on your way.

VERY RESPONSIBLE
I'm homeschooling my kids. Don't have a job at the moment. I'm in desparate need of an income at the moment. There is nothing to tell because it is not a normal day to day job in a office enviorment.

Great learning opportunity
A general day would be to pick up the children from school, drive them home. Make them lunch and then tackle homework with the eldest child. Once that is complete. I spend time with the children stimulating them through means of play or art activities. I sometimes take them out on outings. I have a great relationship with the nanny that also works in the house. The mother of the children and I have an optimistic yet professional relationship with each other. We get along well. Learning how to manage with children. All ages, discipline including. I mostly enjoy spending time with the kids. Most challenging would say needing to be harsh know them at disciplining times. But it has to be done.
Pros: Perfect family. All enjoy having me as their au pair
