I achieved and learned a lot
I was taken all training possible,management courses, principles of supervision, I had an opportunity to work in different department with different people,the training helped me to withdeal with staff performance, conflicts,I enjoyed my job but it is time for me to grow

I enjoy working with people and in a busy enviriment..i like challenges..and also i deal with very dificult customers..but they make me strong and have confidence abot what im doing.I have a very good relationship with my colleaugs.

Daily experiences
Read all overnight emails - prioritize my tasks for the day, most important / urgent attended to first Return missed calls Attend to overnight queries / send to relevant parties to be handled Discuss with team promotions / points of interest for the day/ week Put plan into action Difficulties - communication gap between service providers and managers , extremely difficult to get messages of vital importance across - try new methods of communication: watsapp groups, emails, post.....still come up short sometimes Exciting is the when it all comes together - getting goods at a good price, selling huge volumes and making huge profit margins - keeps the Adrenalin pumping Learning - ongoing how to deal with situations in a quicker, simpler way to enhance the organisation with minimum impact

Good experience
Good experience of how to deal with different people, you get difficult customers as well as handling of large amounts of cash. Co-workers are nice people, great team work except certain managers who treat you like dirt and you don't get appreciated most of the time. Other Stores are better than others when it comes to management of staff.There is a lot of pressure from management when the Store is very busy and there are long queues it very challenging as you have to raise your scan rate to minimize queues.You start work early and reach home very late from 21:00 in the evening. They cut hours and we become short staffed.

To meet the need for customer when am at work .
Order stock, capturing, make purchase orders ,work cost and selling price of stock . I enjoy to interact with customers and offer them good service .

Experienced
I have worked for the above mentioned company for seven years and nothing has changed and i need to explore my experience to where is needed. Sometimes i feel like i have over stayed at the above mentioned company, you go extra mile but the is no recognition from the executives. So i don't want to feel i am being used and if a good offer come my way i will grab it with open arms

You learn a.lot about retail indusrty
It is a good environment to work under with lots of challenges ,my experiences with staff was great we had an understanding. I loved being on the shop floor trading ,wht i didn't like is the red tape from my company decision makers

What have I learnt
Ever changing environment that requires ability to adapt to change. I have learnt a lot that made pursue a career in finance and gained a lot of relationships with people in different sectors of the business. What I enjoyed is big data analysis and how putting it together into useful information for Finance managers as a am I numbers guy I value the power finance and technical skills have given me Challenges for me was learning fast and time management which was something I have came to do well

Excellent networking place
It's a good place for networking,I have a very good relationship working with my co-workers and my managers,but I do enjoy even if am working as an individual,I have learnt many things respect,keeping a clean and safe environment for customers most of all learning the SAP system using a pc was quite interesting,and the most challenging aspects about a retail company is maintaining merchandise,because there's lot of theft we have too look for merchandise and make sure if it is still in order or we short of stock.
