Experienced
I have worked at Pick n Pay for 7 years without being recognized and I do 110% everyday job, if my head of department manager is not around o do all the filling and run the department without being helped and I thought by now I will be far but am still in the same place and it hurts a lot as I am a family man who put a bread on the table

I love and enjoy working with customers,as team a with my colleagues and giving customers an excellent service and experience.The best part of the day is when you have a happy and satisfied customer with a smile on their face.

I have learnt how to treat customers in a right way(customer service)
I have experienced that working with person is very nice, that I always have to be friendly, respectful, helpful and patient. Customer service is a very important thing if you working with clients in order to let the industry grow

Good expirience
It good very challenging although its not exiting as it used to be but u Just go to work for the sake of going so i need the Jon will Pay me good Im still willing to work shift no problem.

Not so great working experience
1. Discipline in terms of competition ( stickers not to steal at the tills) 2.Accuracy is key when dealing with money 3. Being alert of fraudulent activities e.g bank cards 4. Be very vigilant 5. I adapted quite easily as I work well with others 6. There is no union to fight for your rights 7. Two months without payment 8. There's no personal development and growth 9. Long working hours 10.struggle with transportation

Excellent learning curve
I started at pick n pay without any experience and with only matric.because i was egar to learn and grow with the company i ended up being a manager.i was originally from Pretoria but i have worked in pick n pay stores around limpopo ,makhado and Pretoria stores.i enjoyed opening new stores.managing new teams and with that experience i managed to study supply chain management with iq institute.

Learning curve
I’m a team player who possesses good interactive skills and very dedicated, I’m able to work with minimum of supervision, but consult my manager when I need their input, guidance or support. My background has afforded me many “intangible” qualifications one can’t learn from a book. Qualities such as resourcefulness insight, adaptability, pride in my work as a well as integrity, accountability, appropriateness and a strong honest work ethics make me cut above the rest.

Good working conditions
It's a very neat environment people are always friendly willing to help at any given time one of the greatest things I learnt was operating sap system having to operate with your username be able to take decisions
