Patience is virtue
Its great,for I have learnt a lot..I'm an all rounder,have worked in most departments..from the bakery, Deli,floor packing, cashier,cleaner..I'm greatful for the experience.. Colleagues get along very well..we love and think for each other, we make a great team..I mostly enjoy making customers Happy, I'm a creative,I love innovating new things everyday.. I'm very active and fast (energetic a l ways). Challenges that we face is being underpayed..used and not payed for over time,forced to work over time.(over working with force)..
Pros: its not far from my place..collegues get along great..
Cons: unpaid overtime..less staff (working over hours,forced)

Good
I'm learning more about customer service how to treat our customers, but making them feel welcome and important. So that can keep buying from us. Selling fresh products, correct prices on the shelves, and enough stock.

I have learned how to treat a customer in a good way, how to make customers happy. I have also learned some wisdom word from my colleagues and i enjoyed working as a team.

Great experience
A retail as big as Pick n Pay gives you a great experience in working with a number of people and how to keep the relationship going strong between one another. I am also good in customer service, knowing how to handle customers in a g humble manner.

Stepping stone

Excellent service
Lebogang Molokomme a reliable lady who's willing to give good customer service, I also know how to type fast in office work. I also give more attention to a customer , have good eye contact to a customer. I have a good relationship with my colleagues and also my managers. I'm looking forward to grow within the company be able to manage my own store in future.

An excellent stepping stone in the retail industry
It is my first job within the industry and I have gained massive experience wonderful bosses ,and the great team of colleagues that have been supporting me as I did not have any solid experience in the place of work.

Well organized, fast learner, detailed orientated, hard worker
>Great learning platform >Co workers fantastic >learned how to deal with different customers, be calm and passionate about anything >working hard was very enjoyable >the most challenging aspect was working with a lazy supervisor, who never wanna work. Like I said working hard was very much enjoyable
