as woman you still need to work 10 times more just to prove your worth, great environment, people are kind and respectful most of the times, working with with people of different races and culture has been a great learning curve for me and will always appreciate the opportunity the only challenge is not being able to balance work and private life as the hours are too long

Good communication with customers
I have learned how to treat a customer in a good way, how to make customers happy. I have also learned some wisdom word from my colleagues and i enjoyed working as a team.

To learn and gain more skills and knowledge
Working at my previous company was good though challenging because it was a retailor and you have to deal with different people and understanding them. I loved interacting with customers.the reason for leaving the company was that i wanted explore more opportunity and learn new things.

I have learnt how to treat customers in a right way(customer service)
I have learnt that working with customers is not easy sometimes but in order to prevent difficulties you must always be friendly to them,be helpful, be patient and be motivated
Pros: Im willing to start over a new interesting carreer like this, working in an industry where I can face and help clients with love and patience by myself
Cons: I have a strength when it comes to work, I can strive to work long hours in order to reach a target if that has started as long as that will be a benefit to the company, because a benefit to the company is a benefit to me also (e.g if you don't give strength and work properly in a company become insolvient of which the job for you will also come to an end)

Ive worked for pick n pay for the past 7 years yes its mice to work the as the benefits are good,but its sad that with every new store manager we get things change from the working hours gone short to working under preasure customers taking it out on me but i manage,some manager know hiw to treat their employees an also my colleagues are just fun people to be around

Excellent service
Lebogang Molokomme a reliable lady who's willing to give good customer service, I also know how to type fast in office work. I also give more attention to a customer , have good eye contact to a customer. I have a good relationship with my colleagues and also my managers. I'm looking forward to grow within the company be able to manage my own store in future.

Excellent learning curbe
The job that I do it was not easy at first until I realised that I actually want to build a career in retail. My working life experiences has only been in retail. The part I enjoy the most is having to interact with different people from different backgrounds and different journeys of life. I took my work place as my second home as i usually spend half of my day at work . learn to work as a team,having to become patient, be able to come up with suggestions and having that family that will understand your pain no matter what. The most challenging part is dealing with difficult customers, but I've learnt to be e more understanding and patient.

Great experience
A retail as big as Pick n Pay gives you a great experience in working with a number of people and how to keep the relationship going strong between one another. I am also good in customer service, knowing how to handle customers in a g humble manner.
