Auditing is a very challenging n mental refreshment job working at my company has a very good ability 2 know what your doing and why, because no body will be following u doring your shift. Syatemeticaly they can detamine what kind of worker your and my co-workers have got a very good power to work as a team, enytime u can get help your lookng for from auditor next to u .I enjoy it coz its hectict no time to get bored at work it keeps u busy all day long. I had learnt that nothing is imposible coz i thord it was a dificult thing during my training and the big challenge is when u have to solve a damage or extra stock and shorts ir gives a alerts in your mind that u have to find a good solution but the price is the problem.

Successes and pitfalls
I've achieved great success before being seconded to assist in the centralization of our store development purchasing divisions and ensuring standardisation across the business I've been instrumental in driving several change initiative from a decentralised business to a more streamlines and focused category buying procurement teamon indirect expenses notably introducing Facilities Management; Equipment specialists etc Over the period we've managed to impact the P&L in FY17 by R120 million which procurement needs to be doing in any organisation to realise the true value of the procurement team on indirect expenses.

I learn so many things at pick n pay more special when solving problems,how you treat customers.
I am the person who learn fast.at pick n pay they teach me so many things like.how to operate the business,how to handle the customers and they also teach me about how we atract the customers as well as the bussines service.so if i can be given a chance i can prove my self.

Good
Its been a good experience to work for that gives employees to grow within the compan. Giving someone to get a chance of appreciate.working with different people makes an individual to be more inspiring by giving them good words on their daily working basics. Doesn't matter the race of the person but this company believe that everyone deserves a chance to prove themselves

Excellent customer services
I enjoy working as a cashier because i gives me more time to spend with people and listen to their problems. I like working with my collegues and they are very nice we share everything. Team work is what keep us going in all circumstances.

Great learning and introduction to the working world.
A typical day at work starts at 7am and ends at 5pm. During the day, one will run reports, sign off adverts as well as to review financial performance. Co workers are very kind and have a good willingness to assist. In my department, knowledge sharing is highly prevalent. I have learnt the art of reporting. I enjoy working with numbers. I am challenged by the advertising aspect of the role.

Learning curve.
I did enjoy working at pick n pay though the hours won't really fixed and changed at all times, I did find myself adapting to the way of working and my past experience at Jetmart did help me as well to understand the Retail sector. I wasn't experienced with food cause I worked at the Fruit n Veg section but I learned a lot and I can use that experience anywhere else. Working in the Retail sector uplifted my communicational skills and boosted my self esteem as well by a great number. Speaking to people of different cultures taught me new languages and I learned how to act around different people. I learned respect and honor in the company which made it easier to work cause dealing with people was my job. The co-workers did take time to fit into understanding me and myself understanding them. Working with a lot of people made me understand teamwork and support.
