Good job experience
Auditing is a very challenging n mental refreshment job working at my company has a very good ability 2 know what your doing and why, because no body will be following u doring your shift. Syatemeticaly they can detamine what kind of worker your and my co-workers have got a very good power to work as a team, enytime u can get help your lookng for from auditor next to u .I enjoy it coz its hectict no time to get bored at work it keeps u busy all day long. I had learnt that nothing is imposible coz i thord it was a dificult thing during my training and the big challenge is when u have to solve a damage or extra stock and shorts ir gives a alerts in your mind that u have to find a good solution but the price is the problem.

Good learning curve
Great experience and good learning curve, good relationship with workers. I learned excellent customer service. Serving customers from various cultures. The most challenging aspects of my job when is month end, I deal with more customers and everyone wants answers from me at the same time I serve, others complains and I have to be professional even though they become more harsh to me

Okay but room for better improvement
Was an excellent company to work for but there was no social life. As you worked monday to Sunday. Long hours. Promotion were difficult to get as the company had an mandate to employ less people and give the workload to the few there. And I believed I had more to offer and want to try other sectors.

Working at pick n pay has tought me a lot about retail.
I have had a great time working for pick n pay as I get the chance to interact with a lot of people on a daily basis. I also deal with different suppliers who have multiple queries and it give me great pleasure to help them and resolve those queries quickly and painlessly.

Good experience
I would say it is OK working at my current job.BT if it was up to me,I would rather work at a different company.I say this because the working hours are hectic.And also the management is not well organised.I enjoy the fact that I get along with everyone so it makes working easier.the difficult part is the amount of money you get paid.But it is good because it gave me experience and meeting new people.

Not so great working experience
1. Discipline in terms of competition ( stickers not to steal at the tills) 2.Accuracy is key when dealing with money 3. Being alert of fraudulent activities e.g bank cards 4. Be very vigilant 5. I adapted quite easily as I work well with others 6. There is no union to fight for your rights 7. Two months without payment 8. There's no personal development and growth 9. Long working hours 10.struggle with transportation

I received progress Award
The most part of job I'm doing everyday is customer service,I learn a lot of things in the company ,like work in different department,different people and different stores (pick n pay). I enjoy my work,but the most difficult situation is where there's no customer availability. My relationship with my co-workers is not always the some because people see things differently ,but we have to give each other a chance .what I like mostly in my work is to work in different department and you learn and gain more experience from the company.

Learning curve
Long working hours and short lunch and tea breaks. Every month end you query about salary and unpaid over time. Promotion is only for some people who r not doing nothing
