I've learnt a lot in this industry including discipline ,time management and to work as a team
i am more comfortable working in night shift because i am more relaxed and more energetic and even my supevisor would see me as a great worker , i had built a lot of friend and a great team with my co-workers .what i have enjoyed the most is doing overtime and when they thank me for the good work i have done that shift . the most challenging aspect of the job is to pick unit not bulk because its make it hard to reach a target giving to you .
Pros: is to work hard and end doing supply chain management at some point
Cons: is to work that given hours like 12 hours per shift

Working underpresser and team work.
I think I'm good for this position because I'm self driven and know how work with different people of different character,and a team work who can work underpresser.

Excellent review skills
At the company i use the computer when i do tne signage for the prices. I know how to comminicate with mi colligue ..I learn how to tread people n most of all i learn how to work under pressure..I enjoy to work with people to see how they think ..Tne most chalenging thing is when i face a difficult cutomers..
Pros: Im always in time at work, Iam hard worker ..the managers and staff where not working together then i try mi best to buil team work between us.I gain the trust from the customer becouse they leave the shop happy when they need something i try my best to help them to find what they need ..the fridge at ghe shop where not in good shape i pack the stock n clean the fridge ..and most of all we are in good commication

Good communication
Its a good because we work buy people we have to be patient and make sure that customers always right .i learn how 2 listen to other people and focus on my job olways enjoy my job nd have some trip with other employees

Brilliant place to grow
Tough industry. Must be willing to put in the hours. Great place to be. Get certificates. Go for training. Great to work in a team. Overall,must be patient.

Ive learned a lot but now I need to grow
I'm a hard worker I'm willing to learn I also want a company to grow.. I've learned lot of things because I'm a fast learner ...honestly and hardworking its what I've learnerd working hard its what I've learned

Not so great working experience
1. Discipline in terms of competition ( stickers not to steal at the tills) 2.Accuracy is key when dealing with money 3. Being alert of fraudulent activities e.g bank cards 4. Be very vigilant 5. I adapted quite easily as I work well with others 6. There is no union to fight for your rights 7. Two months without payment 8. There's no personal development and growth 9. Long working hours 10.struggle with transportation

Good day I Blessing Makhubu a merchandise at pick n pay normal work 5 working days which that includes 3 night shift for storage, I am a hard working young man got engaged to my co workers to push our work it get to be like a habit and it's enjoyable as it brings outcome of great skills to me as an individual and sometimes it get to be challenging when it comes to customers but as my motto of succeeding the job was to treat a customer like a Queen and all shall conquer. Hardworking ;enjoy work in a team and fast learner
Its good to work in PNP even through the jobs is challenging and it graves us opportunities to apply for diferent positions ;it teaches you to respect ;accommodate people with different attires.I have learned to accommodation pressure and have understanding with my shifts mostly it came me experience in different departments.
