Excellent training package

I am a key holder I open and close the store. Motivate and train staff. Control stock holding as well as shrinkage control. Boost sales. Keeping up house keeping standards.

I achieved and learned a lot

I was taken all training possible,management courses, principles of supervision, I had an opportunity to work in different department with different people,the training helped me to withdeal with staff performance, conflicts,I enjoyed my job but it is time for me to grow

Good day I Blessing Makhubu a merchandise at pick n pay normal work 5 working days which that includes 3 night shift for storage, I am a hard working young man got engaged to my co workers to push our work it get to be like a habit and it's enjoyable as it brings outcome of great skills to me as an individual and sometimes it get to be challenging when it comes to customers but as my motto of succeeding the job was to treat a customer like a Queen and all shall conquer. Gained excellent experience

Worked hand in hand with my staff, Worked well with management, I did staff roaster Attended to customers' complaints Had a good relationship with customers etc

Great expertise learning

-Each an everyday I was learning something new because we were meeting customers from overseas. -My relationship with my co-workers was brilliant because we were working as team work and " team work " makes a dream work . -In terms of assimilate I can say I have learned a lot that you can become anything in life that you want to achieve as long you stay positive and know your goals to achieve. -When the store is full on weekends because they give us a chance to perform as a frontline supervisor or customer service where you can deal with most of the time and returns. -The biggest challenge that we normal faced is when we had a technical problem with Bank Card and Till machine because we need to announce to customers in a politely way to keep them calm every time .

Willing to learn and work hard

I'm sorry I didn't understand. I worked as a picker at freshmark( shoprite pty) .I can prove that.I was picking but my position was a general assistant and I know how to drive a rideown
