I am a graduate looking to start my career
I phoned clients to set up a meeting with them, in the hopes to sell insurance or investments to them. The job was really challenging in the way that clients does not want to pay for something they cant see E.g. Life cover etc.

Working with people
I have learnt a lot being around such individuals however i have always allowed myself room for improvement and learning as we dont know everything. I have a wonderful team and we work well together. Being a supervisor also always me the opportunity to motivate my team not only about work but also in their personal lifes.

Excellent learning curve and good company, however the payments don't match the work.
I am a team player and help my team mates when they need assistance. We work together for the good of our clients. I've learnt - more on the pension fund industry through our internal training. What I enjoy the most is a happy client - when I provide service and feedback to clients without comeback. Treating clients with TCF. Most Challenging - so far is member presentations.

A trypical work day
Every day is unique. There are no two days that are the same. Assisting IFAs to engage clients and provide employer solutions to best fit employer and employees is always different. I make be involved in benefit design with employer or IFA or be conducting training to IFAs or employers or involved in marketing exercise, business meetings with joint venture partners or driving sales converting quotes to secured business. I also represent my employer at industry level and at regional level. Having tea with deputy mayor, is all in a day's work. All sorts of varied duties come my way and I welcome the challenges that this brings

Exceleent company
A typical working day is to ensure our customer receives the best service. Have an excellent relation with management and staff. I enjoy the every day challenges and the feeling that our clients have been treated fairly and that our goals have been met. The passion that I have for my job. To ensure our customers are happy are not easy as some of them can make or break you. I enjoy these challenges as it makes me and my staff to go the extra mile.

Fantastic working culture. Supportive operations team.
Liberty is a fantastic work place with opportunities to increase in revenue year on year. Their value proposition to staff is amazing supporting in my opinion the best medical aid in the form of Libcare.

Excellent leanering curve
I have good matric results one of my dreams is to see myself as one of the leading key individual on the company . I view myself as an analytical thinker who learns best when I am given the opportunity to apply my mind as opposed to just going through the motions of day-to-day duties. I am an output orientated person and seeking to being part of a team that is output driven and also an asset to the team. It would be most beneficial to my growth to be part of a team that is willing to invest in my learning process by exposing me to the entire cycle. In doing this, I would be able to pin point what set of skill is required for each phase and what skills I need to further develop to ensure that I am in a suitable position to be able take responsibility when required
