Best work environment I’ve ever experienced!
I have resigned from Liberty life in January 2019. My reason for leaving was financial, doing a commission only job that required daily traveling all around Cape Town has been very costly for me, on some occasions exceeded my salary. I hope to find a job where I know how much I’ll be earning at the end of the month and have peace of mind that it will be the same the next. Other than that Liberty life has been an awesome learning curve in my life and a great place to work, everyone is friendly and willing to help you succeed really wonderful staff all around!

Excellent learning curve
I have learnt alot I have learnt how to work with people in a team i have learnt how to solve a problem on my own I learnt how to deal with avaya, the software called NICE on presence suite,cisco jabber,I learnt how to work on remedy where calls get logged.I had a great team we used to work smart and not hard, if it's a busy day my team leader would order for us all food so that we could not waste any time and get the work done.If we did not complete our work by close of business we therefore stay in after hours to complete it,we would work overtime just to complete our work and make it a success,also with working overtime we are provided with transport as well as money for food so that's a bonus, we also get paid out for working after hours which is really great and I wouldn't mind working.I built a very strong relationship with my clients as they were very loyal to me and loved working with me I made sure I provided a good service with a smile on my face

There are career tracks that zigzag back and forth between IT and business. Someone might start as a business analyst, then move into a project management job, then an IT management path, then go back to an innovation path … then to process management, then move up a rung to process leadership or process ownership, and then go back over to management as manager of an IT line of business

Over 10 years of experience in assessing claims. A self-motivated and organized professional.
On day to day basis, I am assessing complex claims i.e. death, disability and dread disease. I deal with difficult and emotional clients, brokers and doctors. I process large payments on daily basis.Occasionally provide training to colleagues.

Excellent learning curve
Technological behind. Good remuneration policy. Corporate culture not for innovative dynamic mallinials. In-house mentality with little to no thought given to staying ahead of the curve.

Work on unlimited hadoop related task from development up, support and maintenance
I am a dedicated worker, always ready to learn and teach others. I always try to be a reliable worker and wish to work for empowering employer who will trust my decisions.

Excellent
This is a new industry to me and currently learning. The relationship with my boss is a cautious one we are still trying to get to know each other. My colleagues are awesome, the environment is great. My biggest challenge is the communication between myself and my boss.

Driven and honest
I am a hardworker, that trives for success. I work well in a team and I am a happy soul. In a month working for Liberty I became a 2ic and in a year and 6 months I became a Team leader. I see myself a person that does not need to reminded of what I need to do. If I do not understand something I ask. I enjoy having a hand in someone else's success. The most challenging aspect would be if you are given limited resources but expected to make the impossible possible.

I would like to see myself as one of the key individuals in the company
I am an output orientated person and seeking to being part of a team that is output driven and also an asset to the team. In doing this, I would be able to pin point what set of skill is required for each phase and what skills I need to further develop to ensure that I am in a suitable position to be able take responsibility when required.

I am a Quality Assessor in the IT Service Desk. I worked as IT technician and incident and problem co-ordinator. I was also a second in charge at the service desk. My daily task current are the quality of calls and incidents at the service desk. I do coaching work to the technicians of the service desk and take escalations calls. We are process driven and customer focused. We are a very close team and enjoy working with each other.

Cons: Less women in IT
