Learning
I make calls on a daily bases calling existing clients at liberty and upselling their existing policies ,we are a team of 7 individuals based in the team and don't get commission for what we doing the brokers get that commission ,the most challenging part is the quality of the leads provided which makes it difficult for the targets to be made

I am also a qualified Business Analyst from FTI in Advance Certificate in Business Analysis.
I am Mandla Bryan Maluleke, and I currently hold two qualifications from University of the Witwatersrand. The first qualification is a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Genetics and Developmental Biology. The second qualification is a Higher Diploma in Computer Science. In 2017, I have attained a diploma in Advanced Business Analysis which has taught me a lot about business analysis. I have joined Liberty from March 2015 as a graduate and currently still at Liberty as a Specialist Business Analyst. I have managed to deliver several projects throughout my duration at Liberty.
Pros: Working at Liberty as a Business Analyst has taught me to be organized and of course to manage and respect time very carefully. I understand what it means to work as a team, to cooperate, and of course the challenges that may be encountered and how to tackle them.
Cons: I will focus, and put a lot of effort on the tasks/projects that I will be allocated to, and use all the knowledge I have absorbed thus far, to ensure that I get used, adjust and cope to the working environment very quick

Talent is my Game
I have been in Talent Management for as long as i can remember I can tell you everything that you want to hear why you need to choose me but we all know that is not a given.... all i can say is that i am a professional I listen to what is needed and my clients and candidates are both happy with the outcome everytime That is why i love what i do

Excellent learning
I consider myself to be a dynamic and flexible person capable of succeeding in a new environment. I have the willingness to achieve my goals and the potential to set new goals once those are reached. I am an ambitious person whom thrives upon using my knowledge creatively and making a success of whatever i do. I am a team player and go getter with a positive attitude. My objective is to gain as much experience and knowledge as possible. I feel that I am of a responsible and loyal nature and I usually do more than is expected of me.

I am a graduate looking to start my career
I phoned clients to set up a meeting with them, in the hopes to sell insurance or investments to them. The job was really challenging in the way that clients does not want to pay for something they cant see E.g. Life cover etc.

A trypical work day
Every day is unique. There are no two days that are the same. Assisting IFAs to engage clients and provide employer solutions to best fit employer and employees is always different. I make be involved in benefit design with employer or IFA or be conducting training to IFAs or employers or involved in marketing exercise, business meetings with joint venture partners or driving sales converting quotes to secured business. I also represent my employer at industry level and at regional level. Having tea with deputy mayor, is all in a day's work. All sorts of varied duties come my way and I welcome the challenges that this brings
