A typical work is as normal as any other work day, daily challenges and is different each day. My current nature of work is detection and investigation. Report any anomalies to senior management and report back to business for corrective measures. Each day is a learning curve with the different work I investigate for anomalies. I enjoy the people, their willingness to assist and the friendliness. What I enjoy is that my work is not the same each day, it differs from day to day depending on the situation. the challenging part of my job is to detect anomalies and to identify possible fraud.
Pros: Due to retrenchment, promotion is difficult

The company want hard working people, self motivated Good service to client is the center of the company Honesty and transparency is very important to company Working for liberty I have learnt to work well with co workers ,to keep the customer happy at all times My relationship with my co-workers has been good resulted to happier working place means more productive employees I most enjoyed when the service I gave to the client was satisfactory to the client and when working as team having to achieve the team goals and sharing great minds to achieve the our job positively

Excellent leanering curve
I have good matric results one of my dreams is to see myself as one of the leading key individual on the company . I view myself as an analytical thinker who learns best when I am given the opportunity to apply my mind as opposed to just going through the motions of day-to-day duties. I am an output orientated person and seeking to being part of a team that is output driven and also an asset to the team. It would be most beneficial to my growth to be part of a team that is willing to invest in my learning process by exposing me to the entire cycle. In doing this, I would be able to pin point what set of skill is required for each phase and what skills I need to further develop to ensure that I am in a suitable position to be able take responsibility when required

Learning
I make calls on a daily bases calling existing clients at liberty and upselling their existing policies ,we are a team of 7 individuals based in the team and don't get commission for what we doing the brokers get that commission ,the most challenging part is the quality of the leads provided which makes it difficult for the targets to be made

Goal Driven and a Hard worker always willing to learn
I am with Liberty for 7 years. My Journey started in the inbound contact centre for 2 years as a contact centre agent. Where I achieved good results, In 2013 I achieved best agent twice (mid-year and year end) which got me the role of a Contact Centre Coach in 2014. Which moved me to become a coach and mentor in the contact centre for a year. I am currently working as a Service Agent now. I believe that my experience of 4 year experience will add value to this position whilst at the same time will also be learning and gaining more experience and making a difference towards the companies’ 2020 vision. I am passionate about excellent customer service. I am goal and deadline driven. I believe that given the opportunity I can achieve great results as well as I am self-driven and can work unsupervised. I hope my application will be considered.

Offering the best advise
day in and day out we offer our services to assist client to provide for their families when they no longer can. There is no better feeling than being able to allow a grieving family the opportunity to maintain their lifestyle. All employees share my views and are proud to be able to offer our services. the challenge in our industry is to overcome the stigma that is placed on sales people as well as the constant ups and downs with earning commission only.
