I have learned how to comunicate with the customers and how to planning
I would also bring to your position and company an ability to not only work hard, but also identify areas where performance improvement is needed. On top of this I have considerable experience in the fields of supervision and management for the past five years. I have worked for Imperial Retail logistics as a picker, forklift driver, admin clerk, fleet controller and dispatch controller with my present employer my achievements range from setting up a good work environment, right through to overseeing the warehouse, I would also like you to know that I work well with other people and consider myself to be a strong communicator, presenter and listener.
Pros: i have learned a lot from imperial as i have learned to be the good problem solver, how to communicate with the customers as well as employees
Cons: i am able to work over time as one time i was force to about 30 hours as we were counting the stock as the company ask me i comitted myself to do it until all the stock is balanced

Learning curve
Started to work with them in 2007 till 2017, moved into a position where i will not have promotion opportunities. Moved from Jet Park to Germiston road to drive to work where very bad. Germiston without water almost every second week

Excellent working environment
good working environment with loving people and i really enjoy working at imperial but unfortunately its once of intern i have a good relationship with my co-worker understanding i learnt a lot things like VIP system and ess system and how to deal with employees on the telephone i like the preparing monthly payroll because that`s where i understand better about payroll the most challenging job is when u deal with employee regarding forfeit leaves and unpaid salary

Excellent working environment
normal and safe working environment and people help each other they like me very much and they are very friendly and helpfull i have learnt so many things like uploading new employee into vip system and capturing leave forms preparing the monthly payroll dealing with employees that are angry for example am employee did not get paid

Fast Learner
I am a very motivated person. Always willing for new challenges. Love to work with people with possive attitude and never to old to learn more. Seeking to help the company growth and come up with new or better ideas in the work environment.

How is it like to work in the stock control deparment
I work in the stock control department where by we monitor the movement of stock and try to prevent ant stock losses by doing stock takes and stock tracing
Pros: it is a nice environment to work in working at your own pace with great opportunity for promotion
Cons: working 9 hours or sometimes 10 per day

Excellent working environment
we work as a team and we help each other my co workers are very friendly and so helpful and i have learnt so many things such as VIP sage system and ess system i most thing i enjoy is preparing monthly payroll and the most challenging job is when you deal with an employee who didn't get his or her money and

Excellent learning place
There is no place for Growth in the company some of the people have been in the same position for 10+ years. there is no communication, yet they let you train with a few people so there is always a back up, being able to get knowledge in every department of transport and warehousing is great but you wont be able to get into a higher position at Imperial.

Imperial logistics its company that respect its culture, safety awareness, great salaries, great over time, great opportunity for studying as it supply its workers with bursaries for further education and learning,

Exellent leaner and detemine
do enjoy my work , I have great relationship with my staff. Learn to work with different people and communicate with clients. Have more responsibility .what's challenging most is when the task are not completed.
