Gaining knowledge on Food Safety Management Systems has been a big and beneficial learning curve.
Generally our days are pre-planned and may include auditing our warehouses, HO, etc. However, there are days when I have to attend to meetings and teleconference meetings with other colleagues and / or principals (suppliers). I am a team person and therefore enjoy a good relationship with colleagues. I believe in working hard and having fun at the same time. I enjoy the challenges that go with my work as it entails auditing your traditional operations activities, Food Safety systems and financials. The most challenging thing about my work is getting to make people understand the purpose of internal audits. People normally see auditing as a means of exposing the weaknesses of their activities, not as something that is intended to help them to better manage their activities and/ or processes.

Excellent working environment
its a good working environment and i have a good relationship with my co-workers .they are very helpful and very understanding..i have learnt VIP system and ESS system and preparing payroll to the shared service

Very good enviroment
Imperial is a good learning company in the logistics and transport field.their are some God and bad days but depends on da individual. Co workers and working together as a team. I have learnt a lot of the new systems .I enjoyed travel ing to store's. The challengeing part of my job is to find stock losses .

Excellent learning curve
Production driven fast paced and enough to keep you on your toes. Picking responsibility and ensuring production completed. Accountable for staff and warehouse when night shift. Accountable for MHE and OHASA.

Excellent working environment
I HAVE LEARNT VIP AND ESS SYSTEM AND PREPARING PAYROLL FOR A MONTH AND I AM ENJOYING BECAUSE MY CO-WORKERS ARE HELPFUL AND UNDRESTANDING....THE MOST CHALLENGING ASPECTS IS WHEN U DEALING WITH AN EMPLOYEE THAT IS NOT PAID

Gained lot of experience in call centre
i had the best relationship with co-workers and i have learnt to be patient with customers.i have learnt to communicate well with other people,the most challenging aspect was dealing with difficult customers as it takes a lot of courage to calm a customer down.

Debtors admin clerk
my day starts at 7 o clock. I start with my customer claims and then moving on to queries which is exciting because I like a challenge. I get along very well with my co-workers were we communicate all the time with work and understand the situation to assist the customer. I learnt that being calm and understanding to every problem is the key to success so that our customers are happy and our clients are also happy. I enjoy my work as I am learning every day new challenges in the company.

My maturity, experience and eagerness will make me an excellent candidate for the position. I’m a man who strives very hard to learn new product in order to grow. Excellent learning curve
My typical workday consist of 32 tasks . My shift is from 6 am till 4 pm. I enjoy working for Imperial Retail Logistics but the pay isn't good enough. I have a very good relationship with every employee. I'm a FIRST AIDER & FIRE FIGHTING REP of my department. I have gained a lot of knowledge about the company & majority of the systems Imperial works with. Some of the systems I deal with is Microsoft package,SAP system,VIP Payroll system, Bestime system etc. I enjoy working with my colleagues. I enjoying interacting with all staff. The most challenging aspects of my job would be completing all 32 tasks in 9 hours & also handling meetings with my time frame.

Cons: Salary is very low, for the amount of tasks I do per day
