Best place ever
I have enough experience in this company, i used to delivere stock to customers in a good order,i used to check and count stock and pick it according to invoices

I am fanatical about supply chain management and the field of Logistic, I would go extra-miles To learn and take every opportunity with high admiration and extreme hard work to work my way up from the bottom in the industry I am logistic Administration at Imperial Retail logistics Checks Empty Bins. Check Expiry dates for all stock. Check locked stock for damages, wet stock, 120 days, and 90 days slow moving stock Investigate the report query from the Log Admin Manager. Does Multi SKU checks Counts the stock physically and enter the quantity on the RDT followed by O for outers.

The availability of oppotunity is great
we work in a very demanding industry with a lot of pressure, but our normal typical day is not always rush, you have time to balance your work, deal with queries, here and there visit the other depots so on. my relationship with my co - workers is good, we motivate and support each other but it has its ups and down just like any other typical work relationships. the various S.O.P's in a large division like Imperial, HR Policies, Payroll, Hr admin, Wellness Policies, Industrial Relations, gathered knowledge on union activities, Training and Development, Recruitment and selection process. I enjoy interacting with employees and resolving their queries and also also ensuring that who ever i come across is happy at work. i also enjoy revising company policies with employees. When you have to see to the other depots in the region, but there's not enough people, when employee queries are not dealt with in time, when the service providers dont deliver as promised.

Checking that the stock in the loading cages are correct Making sure that the correct pallets of stock are loaded on to the vehicles assigned for different destinations Helping with palletizing and destacking of stock Making sure that the stock is 100% complete according to customer’s specifications before loading Completing loading diagrams Issuing cage release documents Reporting and resolving any discrepancies Cage Reports Organizing Vehicles to Load Loading stock onto a vehicle well before the appointment time with customer Assisting the driver to get correct paper work (Loading Sheets and Invoices) Making sure that the driver gets crew to assist with the offloading of stock and making sure everything is 100% correct Issuing of gate passes

Best person for the job
Is well spoken love interacting with people I deal with customer queries from stock returns collection orders deliveries Deal with the reps,principals and my management team Communications is very important in my line of work I log calls regarding returns,collection sample orders special orders On a daily basis I love what I do only problem is that there is not room for growth where I am Thank you
Pros: Assisting where I can. Communicating to principals and keeping everyone up to date. Love working with people normal day will be. Running outstanding order report deal with returns sort it out with in a time limit. I have grown to know everyone I work with and deal with a lot of people everyday solve queries change orders to correct depots answer calls or call customers if any problems may arise
Cons: Dealing with rude customers. Pressure is most high on peak seasons and we work right through the year sometimes public holidays.

Excellent working environment
its a good working environment and i have a good relationship with my co-workers .they are very helpful and very understanding..i have learnt VIP system and ESS system and preparing payroll to the shared service
