Excellent learning curve
My typical workday consist of 32 tasks . My shift is from 6 am till 4 pm. I enjoy working for Imperial Retail Logistics but the pay isn't good enough. I have a very good relationship with every employee. I'm a FIRST AIDER & FIRE FIGHTING REP of my department. I have gained a lot of knowledge about the company & majority of the systems Imperial works with. Some of the systems I deal with is Microsoft package,SAP system,VIP Payroll system, Bestime system etc. I enjoy working with my colleagues. I enjoying interacting with all staff. The most challenging aspects of my job would be completing all 32 tasks in 9 hours & also handling meetings with my time frame.
Pros: hours are good
Cons: Salary is very low, for the amount of tasks I do per day

Excellent learning curve
Working in a team in very challenging especially if they are not willing to learn. But in most cases, it helps especially when we are very busy and workong under pressure. I have learnt to be honest to our clients, as this prevents our clients from being uncertain about keeping their business with us. I enjoy working under pressure and seeing the results thereafter

Just need something new
im a dedicated worker im never off work and i just need something that pays me a bit more then what i get now, currently doing Time & Attendance working Best Time.

Excellent
from a day to day business day I make the best of every opportunity to make the best of my day, I always motivate co -workers to start a day of with a great smile and a whole positive mind set , to never look back on what has happened but what could happen in the new day ahead. I always build my relationship on trust and to always motivate myself so that others may be motivated. I have learnt that in life that every one is imperfect we all fall and fail but what lesson you learn out of it while getting back on your feet is what matters most. never to look down on others and always believe and keep the faith alive as new strength comes each day . the most challenging part of my job daily is to stay calm and always find a better solution than looking at the problem .I inspire myself to inspire others I like minding my own and I hate competing with others life's about winning

Excellent working environment
i enjoy working at imperial and i feel at home but its once off i have a good relationship with my co-workers i have learnt so many things here at imperial like how vip system i enjoy preparing monthly payroll and processing leaves most challenging job this when dealing with angry employee,,,e.g leave days forfiet and unpaid salary

Exelent, after working as a Supervisor for a Manufacturing Industry
My typical work day - Make sure that the truck is in working condition. Is it clean, petrol, oil. all parts are functional. My assistant is ready and the stock is check, then we double check the stock. Then we make a management plan for our day work. Relationship with my co-workers is good and healthy. We work well together. I have learnt that, no matter how well your plan is but expect the unexpected. You can check the car - but accidents happen. You can plan your route but traffic will delay your plans. So not everything will go according to what is on the paper be ALERT. My work and a closely neat and healthy relationship with my assistant and my co-worker is what I enjoy a lot. The most challenging aspect is the unreliable of staff at the delivery site. Sometimes you are given this instruction and next week another one. There is no consistency.

Loving what I do
I train the Imperial Retail Logistics Division on all HR Related matters, and Warehouse systems which I enjoy The relationship with my colleagues is professional, and I treat all employees the same during training. I have learned that being humble and approachable leads to learning from colleagues. I enjoy seeing colleagues progressing in their careers and loving the jobs they currently do, which is my job to do. Having to work with a lot of papers, administration work is very challenging for me.

hi its a great pleasure to work in the environment where every one treat each other in a disciplined manner because the working environment. its a place where we show up our skills and learn from each other like were I used to work imperial retail logistics every one is as friendly as if he is not at work so a working place should be goal focoused
