Imperial Retail Logistics Reviews

Day to day

I work with 5 different unions and 512 staff compliment. Each day has its challenges from rectifying old mistakes to improving staff morale and winning back confidence and trust that has been broken. I have learned Bargaining Council as I have never worked with them before, I have also embarked on different Unions which before it was only 1. The biggest challenge this far that I have encountered was the past mistakes and agreements that employees are still holding on to and that they are resistant to change and the company is busy embarking on a merge with 2 other companies which requires a lot of changes and unilateral changed and moves.

Pros: Growth
Cons: Alot of sensitive issues
