Great company to work at
Working at Iinet is amazing Getting to learn new things daily , solving problems on a dialy basic. Its a very busy ,friendly working environment What I have learnt at the company is how to remain focus , how to give it our all , being patient and how to work hard and try your best daily . Challenge aspects of the job was the shifts and short breaks.

No Growth
The company and people are great. I have been working here for over 4 years and totally comfortable. The company has just over 1000 staff members but the growth is a major let down. Being with the company I have reached the highest rate per hour so over the past 2 years I could not get an annual increase and I believe that is not fair.
Pros: Environment is great.
Cons: Not getting recognized and no increases.

Excellent training, up skilling CSR constantly.
IiNet is a great Job for young individuals who is fresh in the working industry. No room for growth. Excellent training. Great team players. Management is good. Shifts are unreasonable and unrealistic. Sick leave is a problem.

Great working environment
The high call volumes, fast paced work environment was good as it kept people motivated and on their feet. There's never a dull moment, a typical day can be a slow call cue, fast paced high call volumes or administration work but the business allows/encourages teamwork and being goal - orientated so workload is shared easily and there are processes that cater for employees.
Pros: Great opportunities for growth.

It was a very good company to grow from. It is a service provider and prides itself in customer service and that is why it ensures employees are happy to reach maximum potential. The work environment was very laid back and social to build the friendly and comfortable environment for all employees

Excellent communication skills , fast learner
My day consist of giving excellent customer service to Australians. Regarding their billing which consists of making payments, extension on invoices aswell as troubleshooting their internet, emails and netphones , making sure the customers are getting great service from me and making their day. I have learnt alot from the company I worked for , very technical , enjoyed what I done. Worked in a very friendly and positive environment with lovely co workers. The most challenging aspect of my job was working the night shift, I could not work that shift because my body could not handle that hours to be awake but besides that I've really enjoyed working for the company.

Excellent learning curve
- Long in system 1 hour before shift - Excellent relationship with co workers - Picked up more experience while working with offshore clients - making a customer happy - working a 2am shift to 10:30 am on a weekend, while not having time to spent with my kids

Consultant to leadership to management
When entering the workplace it was fun vibes and I just love my colleagues. I had a very good relationship with my co-workers managers and all staff members working with me I was the positive and energetic and most encouraging person at my workplace. I have learnt a lot about international customers how to deal with them and provide them with excellent customer service I also dealt with their emotions and emphatically dealt with them and sympathize with them at all times I use to guide them and done things to the best of my ability. I enjoyed most the team buildings the customers and solving their queries each and every day loved helping with management and admin work and helped the team excel to do better at what they were doing with in their workspace . The most challenging thing was competing with the various team learning new things and taking on new content but managed to learn it in a way where you didn’t feel scared but were confident and excited to work
