-i would like to work on a scrum team, with supportive team members who share information and we will help each other when one needs help. and i learn a lot with different companies when coming to how they approach their projects and how they do their business. And i enjoy working in an environment where one appreciate other's job if the person have done well. what challenges me is when working with people who always re do my work when i'm done, because it will damage my confidence.

It is one of the best learning experience i have ever had.
We upload peoples interviews to be able to place them to companies that mach with their qualifications. We try to get graduate job opportunities by going to companies and advise them to give them internships and learner ship just like i got one from Eoh which was IT End User. I work very well with my co-workers i have learnt that time is very impotent in the business world. i enjoy doing new things with computers and trouble shooting problems in computer and finding solutions. The challenge is we have to meet dead line as a team.
Pros: The is an opportunity to grow but i would love to come out of my comfort zone
Cons: The hours are oky its just we have to work around our own time

Patience is key
on a typical day i get to answer the phone, assist with client queries at front desk. This usually happens during the day, i spent most of the day without any work which is demoralizing because if the phone does not ring reception is quite. When a client walks in i get excited because for a few minutes i get to help them and have a brief conversation. My relationship with my fellow colleagues is great. I have learned to be patient because we deal with peoples money, if they don't get paid on time or if they are paid less than what they were expecting you get to experience their wrath. the most challenging aspect of my job is trying to keep an angry client calm after they did not get paid on time. You have to learn to sympathize with them. A trick i have learned over the years is apologize, apologize and apologize. what ever you do, don't forget to apologize for your companies mistakes.

Vibrant environment
typical day at work is busy,voices everywhere. it's a call centre environment that is full of young vibrant people who have a can do attitude. the challenge is getting to convince members of our product and getting ahold of them. our success is closing queries and assisting member to the best of our ability.

Pays attention to detailed
I being desktop support engineer is quite an interesting job, because that's when you get to meet customers with different personalities on each different day. and as for my co-workers they are very nice people, they make my job simple and very easy to do as at times they can be a hard to work with but we always make sure end the end of the day we agree so bussines so can go smoothly, they taught me how lot of things such how to handle angry an sceptic customers,i've enjoyed fixing my customers computers everyday nothing is challenging if you put your whole mind and soul in everything you do

The profits are not reflected in the salaries. There is zero support from Senior Management Very big company so staff get lost Minimal leave. No perks
