Excellent learning curve

It is very nice to work at EOH because they give you space to work independently and be able to deliver on your own . i have learnt to work alone and be able to finish projects on my own My most joy is team work most challenging is when deals not been closed and clients are not responding at an expected time

Professional growth

A lot of follow up work. Dealing with contacts, complaints, questions. As Assist with audits and monthly claims. Keeping track of leave. Compiling files, basic admin

Things i have learnt

The work day would start with a stand-up meeting at 9:30 just to pick up as how far one is going at the moment. Review the work that the Dev team has done so I has as the tester can update the test cases and perform the desired testing based on changes made. The relation with workers is more on a team level as we were separated in different teams but you were free to communicate on ant problems faced. I have learnt how to work under pressure and how to follow procedure when dealing with the client. I have learnt different techniques to doing things I enjoy when we finally get the solution running and when the work that the teams does finally comes together. The most challenging is when the client isn't clear on what they want.

Excellent lerning curve

• Inbound and Outbound telephone calls making • Activations Join Gems • Handling Gems member’s on behalf of the client. • Making details records of each interaction with Gems member • Ensuring records are up to date • General Administration • Taking ownership and deriving first call resolution • Taking necessary action to administer customer’s accounts accurately • Answering email queries • Identifying and escalating priority issues • Research required information using available resources • Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure resolution within the required SLA

Poor

The profits are not reflected in the salaries. There is zero support from Senior Management Very big company so staff get lost Minimal leave. No perks

Cons: no 13th cheque or bonus. avg annual incr, 3.5%

Senior engineer

In 2 years I made it as a senior Only printer technician Helping other engineers if they can't solve IT problems Doing most of the high priority calls But get no acknowledgment from the company I'm a senior doing high proitity calls but salary stay the same. No benefits

Pros: Working with different companies and getting lot of experience
Cons: No acknowledgment. Or better salary
