Excellent

My Experience with EOH is quite phenomenal, meaning the kind of wisdom one has acquired is outstanding, am able to work alone even under pressure, execute decision making under due time and learn to think out of the box even if options to allow. One interesting thing I've learned and still learning is growing up understanding the challenges are not there to crash You but to make You strong and I've also learned to work with multi cultures understanding how other people think and interact in corporate.

Pros: Improved wisdom and knowledge.
Cons: long working hours :)

Excellent learning curve

I have learnt a lot a eoh, co- wokers are very good, and they teach me everything. I work as support engineer, and sometimes go out with the field support engineers to explorer more. I know how to install printers and reload laptops put new windows

Pros: great opportunity for promotion
Cons: long working hours

Excellent service

I have good relationship to all colleagues, Learning each an every day, other materials they won't give us because we are the interns, everyday I make sure to understand all information and doing excellent work.

Good working relationship with all colleagues

It is good to work with people from countries. Onsite desktop support is what I enjoy most and being able to solve client problems. Daily backing up the servers is what I have learnt and how to troubleshoot.

Pros: Improving IT skills to suit the company
Cons: No opportunity for permanent work

Exposure to learning and growing

I'm an available individual open to learning and growing in an organization, I bring all my skills and knowledge to the benefit of the company . I meet targets, work under pressure, pro active, keen to learn new skills and knowledge, able to work under pressure and deliver on time, most of the time I apply my interpersonal and communication skills among my colleagues to maintain a mutual relations and a clean team work

Pros: you get affiliated to a duty for a long time to an extent that you get slim chances to explore new frontiers.
Cons: overlapping work hours

Excellent learning curve and working on BI slotions

I have had the opportunity to work on BI solutions from initiation of the BI stack and the onus is on me that it is functioning correctly. Work colleagues are great to work with as the atmosphere is relaxed and fun.

Pros: Flexible working hours and great team morale
Cons: Pay and monthly deductions

Working at EOH

EOH is a very nice organisation to work for. The culture is somewhat healthy and they look after their employees needs, and are very flexible in terms of working arrangements and hours. However with regards to salaries they pay below the market.

Excellent Learning Curve

- Assisting Infrastructure Project Accounting team with the Expenditure Reviewing and Costing of all infrastructure expenditure of EC Dept. of Roads and Public Works, the updating of Lead Schedules, Commitments Register and Disclosure Note; - Assisting Asset Management Project (Clearing up of the Movable Asset Register, looking at additions, exceptions, location, category, custodians, etc. of assets, disposals, losses and donations, written off assets by HOD for example, etc.) within the Dept. of Roads and Public Works; - Preparation and Referencing of Audit Evidence Files; - Assisting the Department with Request for Information during Audit Period; - Stakeholder Management; - Monitoring of time spent on projects and updating dashboards, cash flow and budgets; - Progress Reporting; - Customer Relations; - Ad Hoc System Support

Excellent learning curve

Working normal hours and getting along well with the team and management, I was given an opportunity to be a QA specialist even though i did not have experience but knowledge and understanding of what QA does. I enjoy that its a small environment and there is not much pressure from management. Some of the work required of me is not explained well or there is not much information in order for me to complete my task.

Cons: Lack of Communication
