I am responsible and self- disciplined, and shows a great amount of integrity when it comes to sensitive or confidential matters . My Current Duties Create new employees, Reset password and unlock account using Active Directly. Set Up Emails and VPN for EOH Employees. To accurately resolve identified incidents and request and to meet average contractual SLA requirements. Effectively answering calls and ensuring that a QA score has met. Ensure that a minimum of 2 customers/ clients documentation/knowledge articles are updated accurately during required deadline. (Time line to be set and agreement made with staff member). To provide a complete and informed response on first contact to all customers. To provide comprehensive support to all EOHMS PS Contractual clients within the Operational Level agreement and to resolve tickets within the SLA as per contractual agreements and to improve customer satisfaction. I have been in the IT industry for over 14 years and. I am a Microsoft Certified Information Technology Professional (MCITP) Enterprise Administrator since 2008 and a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) since 2009. And I hold the Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) certifications on All Windows OS platforms. I also hold the Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCITP) and Microsoft Certified Professional + Internet (MCP+I) certifications. I pride myself on role as a trusted advisor and I’m ability to explain things to both technical and non-technical people in a way that makes them feel more secure and better understand their IT environment. I have taken an active role in training and mentoring employees and management. I’m ability to work to predefined and agreed upon goals and targets with limited supervision.

Excellent learning curve
work is enjoyable and fun. a diverse group of close people. a big organization with alot of opportunity for growth. I have learnt to be adaptive and that nothing stays the same the only thing constant is change.

Excellent lerning curve
• Inbound and Outbound telephone calls making • Activations Join Gems • Handling Gems member’s on behalf of the client. • Making details records of each interaction with Gems member • Ensuring records are up to date • General Administration • Taking ownership and deriving first call resolution • Taking necessary action to administer customer’s accounts accurately • Answering email queries • Identifying and escalating priority issues • Research required information using available resources • Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure resolution within the required SLA

Acceptional learning
It is a great company to work in and learn more dimension in the industry, but the payment is not so good. The division I am working for is not pay what is should pay, we are under paid and overworking.

Check calls that are resolved or assigned send assignee email notifying them that call will violate SLA Phone assignee to action the call Log comment as per assignee
Pros: great opportunity by offering learnerships and afrter completion of learnership they offer permanent job
Cons: pays same amount even you are not doing the same job no different

Excellent Learning Curve and Exposure
I am a hardworking young lady who is willing to go extra miles to explore in different areas and i am a fast learner and can adapt to new change. i am a single mother to a 4 year old baby boy and i am doing what ever it takes to give him a better future. i can even work extra hours if need be and i am committed to all that i want to do. i can generalize in all HR Aspects and i have 3 years experience in HRM.
