Great experiece via cabling and electricity
In the 3 to 4 years experience i got here we working the whole of mpumalanga on SASSA, SAPS, Migistrate courts and private sectors like sanlam pg glass etc. i specialise with networking and electricity and we travel to different sites every day we handle all the IT and electricity issues on sites from DB boxes to Server Rooms. Its a great experience working here except that my contract is ending and i get well along with my team and its been a great experience working on different companies i learned alot. regards Bongani Makgalemele

Great exposure and for career growth.
I look after the Learning Management Solution, give access, support and server configuration. I also do service desk training for new employees and client intake. Also assist in transitioning of new clients and perform administrative duties. I have a great relationship with my co-workers and our seniors and i enjoy doing training and providing support every now and again. The most challenging part of this job is when i am required to look after the server, providing support and doing the training at the same time.
Pros: Great learning opportunities.

Normal Day at work
I am currently working for EOH where I am a Recruiter. I recruit general staff from Marketing to procurement to HR and everything in between. I love helping people with finding their Niche in life and by placing people in jobs help me do so. This kind of job is gratifying because it helps people immediately in their life. What would the world be like if people did not have a job? I just love Recruitment and HR because it helps people! I would like to move further in my career and make more differences in peoples lives. This is me and I love what I do.

I am self-motivated, diligent individual who is committed to achieving high standards of competence and professionalism in whatever I do, I also execute my duties with an extra mile and what appeals to me in the field of information technology is the variety of assignments, the challenge of coming up with innovative solutions and the dynamics that requires continuous learning and application of knowledge. I also have a good interpersonal communication skills, good analysis skills, good negotiation skill, good report writing skills and documentation, confidentiality and displaying integrity at all times, high level problem solving, ability to work under pressure and time management.

I have experience assisting clients in obtaining a GRAP Compliant Fixed asset register, bank reconciliation and administration and credit control management. FAR asset Management – which includes all aspects of physical verification of assets from tagging to team management, and Asset Management – Management of the Asset Register including Additions and Disposals Team Management Project Management – which focuses on the successful implementation and execution of all assignments Document Management and Records Management etc.

It was a great opportunity that thought me lot of challenges and how to overcome them
It was a great learning curve that has helped me to gain some experience as I didn't have any. It was something new with its challenges but through my manager I've learnt from the best.

Poor
The profits are not reflected in the salaries. There is zero support from Senior Management Very big company so staff get lost Minimal leave. No perks
