Learning curve

I meet with business and do change requests CO workers are fine to engage with on work related matters I want to learn to be more than a 1st line consultant, I want to be involved in the development of the project till its final stage Meeting with business and they don't know what they want exactly but still argue when you try to raise possible solutions. Undecided Business personnel are difficult to work with. Rating Junior consultants less than R15000 per month is not fair as cost of living is too high these days and having to survive on a take home of less than r10000 is even more difficult. After working long hours with business the least thing one can look forward to is a salary that lasts the whole month. We parents and have families to provide for

It was a good experience

It was a good experience and an excellent exposure being at EOH i was met and worked with different individuals and realized that i can handle an irate customer immediately.

Excellent leaning Curve

-I work 8 hours a day but normally when i have deadlines or lots of work i dint mind to work Extra hours and to put extra effort. - i have a good relationship with my Co-worker i am a mentor and my door is always open my colleagues who needs assistance -I have learnt a lot from the current position that am doing, Negotiation Skills, Range Management, Time Management, Advanced Negotiation Skill,Coaching & Feedback Situational Leadership and Performance Management -Sites Visit -Managing different people with different personality

Willing to learn

I am a hard worker and willing to learn. I always take ownership. I want to explore. I always go extral mile when it comes problem solving by doing i do dicover new ideals to deal with the problem.

Experience

Will not work for this group again. Group not focused on staff. Likes to promise clients things they cannot deliver on. Should learn to respect staff and to learn form ones that has the experience and knowledge to take the lead. they should make better planning and be proactive not reactive. Clients needs should come first.

People oriented

Iam highly competent and enthusiastic 2nd line support Engineer with experience of providing advice and practical assistance to system users via the IT service desk telephone system and remote support software tools, highly focused in troubleshooting ,installing and upgrade software and applications.

Excellent learning curve, growth in the finance industry

I got to work out theory (what I have learnt in Varsity) into practical, had a great exposure to various business units where I had to practice problem solving skills. I have also learnt how accuracy and cut-pff are of huge importancy in the accounting/finance stream.

No growth path

It is great working in his position for the company at the beginning but there is no growth path and you are told to look somewhere else if you want improved pay or

Excellent learning curve

I have a great team that i work with,always helpful.i enjoy doing my job and seeing clients happy..i have learn to work independantly.and i list enjoying driving to far distance clients.
