Key Performance Indicators (KPI):

a. Daily updates within all 3rd party groups that you are responsible for, indicated on a daily report (spread sheet). Follow up on calls with the user as and when required. Provide feedback at all times where required. Please urgency on critical areas where requested. b. Identify the status of the call and request updates with the 3rd party involved. c. Update the users as well as the calls. d. Update the daily report (spread sheet). This is to have as much detail as possible. .

People oriented

Iam highly competent and enthusiastic 2nd line support Engineer with experience of providing advice and practical assistance to system users via the IT service desk telephone system and remote support software tools, highly focused in troubleshooting ,installing and upgrade software and applications.

Excellent leaning Curve

-I work 8 hours a day but normally when i have deadlines or lots of work i dint mind to work Extra hours and to put extra effort. - i have a good relationship with my Co-worker i am a mentor and my door is always open my colleagues who needs assistance -I have learnt a lot from the current position that am doing, Negotiation Skills, Range Management, Time Management, Advanced Negotiation Skill,Coaching & Feedback Situational Leadership and Performance Management -Sites Visit -Managing different people with different personality

Excellent Learning Curve

Experienced Key Account Programme Administrator, Internal Sales Supporter, and Marketing & Events Coordinator. Skills include internal sales, Reporting, and Events Coordinating. Able to apply customer service concepts to improve the user experience for clients, supporting salespeople in generating leads, updating and managing customer relations management database and invoicing. I have a keen business interest and a versatile skill. My objective is to continuously learn and use the skills acquired through my education and corporate experience to better my life, community and the organization I am involved in.

Excellent learning opportunity

Thats where i got my first opportunity to be a functional crm consultant. Being certified alone doesn't have that much value. I do believe however that i was underpaid since my occupation is a specialised job.

Pros: Had a lot of clients, so atleast i got some exposure to the industry though it was limited.
Cons: Working out of town and leaving my kids for extended periods.

Good learning curve

I work 8-16:30. On a typical day I get to work, sit with my colleagues to plan for the day ahead. We then get on with whatever we need to do for the day. We keep communicating to get ideas and check progress on work we are doing. My relationship with my colleagues is professional. We treat each other with respect and communicate in a friendly and professional manner. I have learn how to work on different systems. Learnt how to work independently and how to take lead. The most challenging aspect is going around making sure you get all the information you need to have something done successfully. You need to be persistent at times to get things that you need

Cons: Short contracts to clients i.e. 6 months - 1 year

Excellent learning curve

a typical work day would b resolving 5-8 calls on incidents and request users have whether it be internet/network issues or printer issues, i have grown alot, started working at the service desk and now in the technical team.

Pros: leadership
Cons: training is limited
