I have learnt how demanding the workplace is and I have learned to deliver quality under pressure.
Our environment is flexi, with flexi working hours as long as your 8 hours a day is completed. Very lovely people. I am a social person, team player, great leader and my relationship with my co-workers is as professional as can be, very friendly but i have learned to set boundaries as to how far our friendship goes. That i learned to do during my internship. I have learnt a lot when it comes to corporate. From invoicing, to preparing management accounts as well as money collection. Which i see as an advantage when it comes to Auditing. I feel I know know the steps and processes behind corporate operations which would make me the best candidate for the job. Perfect timing to serve my articles because i have a clear indication of what i will be looking for. I enjoyed the team work, learning new things everyday, and my challenges were having to deal with unfriendly stuff members, but i eventually got the hang of that, and know know how to deal with such.

Excellent Learning Curve and Exposure
I am a hardworking young lady who is willing to go extra miles to explore in different areas and i am a fast learner and can adapt to new change. i am a single mother to a 4 year old baby boy and i am doing what ever it takes to give him a better future. i can even work extra hours if need be and i am committed to all that i want to do. i can generalize in all HR Aspects and i have 3 years experience in HRM.

Working at EOH
Working at the company Im currently working for has been a very wonderful experience as we encounter deadlines weekly and work on a stat per day kind of way. I learned that a department needs to be a team and have the same objectives when completing our jobs as the roles might differ but they work hand-in-hand. The colleges are normal people that we go out for drinks after work on Friday`s month ends. I have learnt that life is reciprocal and to be professional once in the office. I enjoy the hours that i work as they do not restrict me from gym and running errands (working Shifts). The only thing that challenges me is the salary increase as it comes very slow and the bonus system that has been created. My work ethics have improved a lot and i need to improve in my level of qualifications but the salary i earn does not assist me with that.
Pros: I am still improving my qualifications
Cons: Time to Study is very awkward

Excellent
It was challenging but worth an experience. Good work life balance and learning opportunity IDO EOH department is better compared to other companies Employee can change project after completing 24 months but again it depends on the project manager. However, IT Project Admin has helped the employee in such cases.

Normal work day
Most challenging aspects of the job was to completed project on given due date which we did. Relationship with co - workers we get along very well, always assist each other when needed.

Experienced and also learning curve
The staff and the team are very good people who enjoys working as a team and I also enjoy working with them I am learning a lot from and also building my career in automation

I'm not happy with my chioice living my previous job, no growth and no challenge here
I have been in this place for 4 months now there is just too much drama and most of the employees working here are not happy, it seems not to be a healthy environment to work in there is no positivity around. Relationship with the co-workers is great there is love with those you get along with, I have learned the recruitment part of HR which is not too interesting as there are no processes in place and I do not enjoy my job apart from the fact that I am now exposed to payroll side of HR which I have a background of. I do not feel challenged in my job there is no career growth.
Pros: Good working environment created by the people i work with
Cons: No growth and the way of way is still backdated, too much paper work and no processes in place.
