The company does not subsidize medical aid and this is a huge frustration as medical insurance is a need .I also do NOT like the complacency of people that have worked there for a long t they are not willing to-share information when you SUPPOSED TO BE TRAINED.not willing to assist when you new.We are thrown in the deep end expected to float.

Cons: Micro Managing,no subsidy on medical insurance.

Excellent learning curve
an exciting environment to work in, different personalities that i have encountered on a daily basis. Iv really learnt to work with all types of people, introverts, extroverts etc its been an interesting journey

Exploitation without any rewards
Long working hours and no reward for your work or when downloads not going through(problem with downloads) open eso at the site check view download log if the the downloads not going through unlink the Bu go to c drive-site link then data site sever site id delete info under on the closed brackets. restart machine log in to ESo type BU set up ( business unit code) select related link select the first option which is 3 party the link site pop is going to come then click ok everything should show as successfull then then go to approve download then perform RSL download first then full download then check if the downloads all of them go through(keep on refreshing)

A day at BCX
At BCX we work hard but we also make this me for some fun. Our department is like a little family. My clients always comes first, they are the most challenging sometimes but challenges are what help us learn and grow.
