They promote a culture of learning No bonuses Flexibility as you can work from home big building we do not even know each other they always focusing on sales department ridiculous increases

The company has great potential.

BCX has great potential but sadly they are throttled by old senior management. . If the company can open up the idea of new ideas and new work life balance we would have many happier employees aswell as moreemployees that want to come to work. at the moment we are stuck in olden times which is stunting the growth of the company

Customer focused and constant growth

Our consulting department delivers customer focused and innovative solutions to multiple customers. I often work on multiple projects at a time and although I am an expert in specific areas, I need to constantly learn and adapt my skills to remain a leader in services. I am part of a team and often work as part of a team in delivering a service. Just as many times I am alone at a client and delivers the service representing my company. My engagement is with any position in a company often starting with executives down to operational. My typical day will involve many collaboration, elicitation or engagement meetings with colleagues and customer, documentation, modelling, tool administration and management, problem solving, sometime training and often taking the lead in tasks. I mentor and train junior staff and would guide them through our service delivery processes.

Excellent learning curve

I have learnt a lot in the SAP Authorisation spacace and i am looking to exxpandpand my knowledge in the space. Currently looking at furthering my studies B.Comm Information Systems Honours degree

Excellent learning curve

It’s been a learning curve for me especially getting the opportunity just before I completed my degree in stellenbosch, I like the work place and the employees for their friendly and welcoming behavior

Bad environment

After company got bought by telkom, the workplace was hostile and lots of retrenchments happened. More work got piled up and 0 employees hired for the increased payload.

Ibii hsvevleihbb vdghmnvshn jjbvdhjvxsjm linden b nnhi have learned to deal with different types of people who have different disability and different personalities black and white peoples who speack different languages i allso improve as an pesosn to speak different languages and dealing deal with difficult clents sometimes
