BCX is a good company with a work culture well suited for self-motivated ,hard working individuals.Typical work days are intense with too much pressure.My relationship with my co-workers is good as we all respect and understand our boundaries in and outside the office.I would say one thing i enjoy most is how all workers form the various departments within the company value and respect time,it makes my job easy.The most challenging aspect is meeting deadlines as we are always working on new projects

Stepping Stone towords my career
I am hardworking individual with strong problem-solving skills which part of our daily work description as we work with different clients. I have completed my degree in Computer Systems at Vaal University of Technology, during my degree I successfully combined my studies with work, showing myself to be self-motivated, organised and capable of working under pressure. I have a practical approach to problem solving and a drive to see things through to completion. I enjoy working on my own initiative or in a team.

Excellent learning curve and job satisfaction
As a highly competent person, I have work experience in office environments, the IT sector and service industries, giving me varied skills and the ability to work with many different types of people. I believe I could fit easily into any team. I am a conscientious person who works hard and pays attention to detail. I'm flexible, fully bilingual quick to pick up new skills and eager to learn from others. I also have lots of ideas and enthusiasm. I'm keen to work for a company with a great reputation and high profile.

Excellent communication skills
I am a good team player and I have good relationship with my co-workers. I enjoy working a lot on excel and research about new excel tricks I can use to enhance my work. When I am not busy I research on next generation technologies on the internet. The most challenging aspect of my job is not winning tenders and losing customers to competitors mainly because of the pricing. It's very challenging as I depend on 3rd party partners to provide end to end pricing to the end customers.
Pros: A lot of growth in terms of wide area network connectivity products
Cons: retrenchments and no bonuses as we are losing

Wonderful experience working in the Mining Industry
This was my customer, Bakubung Platinum Mine Excellent experience being involved in the systems which require mines to be functional without disruption. Working there was truly a once in a lifetime opportunity. Working for my employer was the total opposite. Regards,

Good learning curve
Over the last year, it has been stressful since people were being retrenched. This caused a lot of people to quit and look for new opportunities. The managers are uncaring and do not worry about your requirements. This is a great place to learn more about how a business works and co-workers were always great to work with
