Complex company
BCX was a family orientated organisation. People always came first. They had a flexible working environment. Service was the backbone of the company, customer happiness was paramount.

Excellent learning curve
I was working in a team of 8 males since we had 3 projects to deliver in a period of 4 months with Angular and Api's it was very hectic since none of new the framework but as a team we worked effectively and we learnt so much between each other plus our seniors were always there for support. I enjoyed the daily stand ups and also the relaxed and comfortable vibe /culture they build also music in the rest room and chill areas.

Excellent for learning about technology

Daniel holds a Degree in Business Administration and is current with his BCom Degree in Supply Chain, with 5 years of experience in Warehousing and Logistics. Excellent learning curve
Iām Currently Under a one year program of becoming a data scientist at the Explore Data Science Academy Sponsored by BCX . We are currently at internship phase which come to an end at the end of November. Iām interning under The Foschini Group (TFG). Being under Explore Data Science Academy I was able to bag a few skills under my belts. these skills include SQL Python(Jupyter Notebook) Power BI Some of the other skills I have obtained is my knowledge for Microsoft Office. We Worked on Projects like trying to solve the Cape Town water crisis, learning to build Models Using linear regression to predict the RSA Stock Market and Natural Programming Language(NLP) to predict a person's personality. we worked in groups of 5 with each sprint.
