I wish to be considered for a vacancy where I can expand my knowledge and studies. Education
Great to work in a team where everyone is available to assist one other. Management team assist where it can. Communication levels are very high. Self-management is suggested and promoted at all time. The organization is very organized and dead lines are meant. Customer service is key, SLA are met 99.9% of the time. Customer experience is expected all the time from engineer on the field. Logistics management is seen as strengthening body.

The best learning experience
Everyday we smile and greet each other. Everyone is nice to each other especially my coworkers. I have learned to be more helpful to my coworkers and adapt quickly. What i enjoy most is fridays we sometimes get spoiled with a free burger. The most challenging would be time management and making sure we get our work done on time.

Good learning company
Its a good company when you want to learn new things. You meet new challenges, dealing with customers, we work with retail all the stores. I don't see opportunities for promotion and salary increase and at the end of the day u need growth to motivate you to move forward.

Excellent learning curve
I have worked on pos installations eg FNB retail outlets & pharmaceuticals. I gained a lot of experience working on those accounts & projects. This also involves doing a lot of overtime traveling to other regions eg. Polokwane, Nelspruit & other provinces due to the nature of our work.

Excellent learning curve
reat working experience Excellent learning curve, my co-workers and I had a great relationship which made me enjoy my time there, a typical work day went by quickly because it was so busy, I was in stores so I got to communicate a lot with people, I enjoyed doing boot stock checks to keep my technicians in order and to keep track of my stock.one thing I didn't like was that we worked Monday to Sunday, all in all I had a great time at BCX as a storeman

Great place for learning overall telecommunication network
Poor leadership, no direction. lacks energy to motivate staff to perform. no room for promotion or improvement. Counter productive work culture. no ownership. poor integration into company

Accomplished ICT Professional
