Online Trainer

Training migrated clients from old business channel to a new Global Platform, Training contains assisting clients with payments, beneficiaries, statements, that included ( creating, importing, exporting, scheduling etc) Training is done with the system called Webex or onsite, Mails purpose of the training is to teach the clients to work independently on the system and be comfortable with it

Pros: I would love to grow within the company and believe your company dies give theur employees that opportunity

Daily intake

every day is a challenge, as you get to learn something new on a daily basis, you need to have the ability to work under pressure, i have learned how to discount/onboard PEP's do a full KYC report on entities/individuals

I am currently working as telesales consultant at credit clear company

I have all experience and qualities to deliver at all times very eager to learn,always ask if I don't understand, team players and educate each other, I am always do follow ups with my existing clients in order to get how is the service and get referrals

Pros: I was a customer service and get promoted to sales consultant due to my performance and the way I was priobing to my clients, I am.passionate about sales and seevice to my client and I can increase customer based within short period of tiime

Do to others what you will like them to do to you

I work at Absa bank from 2009 till now 2016. I have been working from different departments but for company and in every every department I make relationships from my colics to our clients that came every time to us day in day out.I enjoy working with people and I am a peoples person,humbled and thoughtful towards other like one event that a client came into the bank needing assistance with bulk money and there was one body at the bulk and they came to my teller and I help the client with a smile and great assistance and had persistency towards the client up untill I was done helping them and they where thankfull and left the bank very happy. The relationship between me and colics is great and team related, I have learned a lot within the experience I have in the bank and that it feels good to go to work not only to go and work but also helping others in there need.

Excellent working condition

it is good working at my current company but the only issue i have is that there is no place for growth no promotions no permanent positions, my typical day i start work at 7:30 i have tea break at 10 lunch at 12 and 16:00 i go home i sometimes work overtime when we have a lot of work but i really need change need new enviroment

Pros: patient with employees
Cons: no opportunity for growth

Very challenging but gaining excellent interpersonal skills.

This is a very challenging role but I am gaining good experience especially with regards to communication an d interpersonal skills. I also have to apply my analytical skills in this role so that I can find the most effective way to sell products. My career ambition is to be a Business Analyst but I am very much grateful for this experience.

They is portal that have all absa product it assist when ever we dont know what to do

it a very polite working environment we always work as a team in assisting client we always living in our company values of which it respect integrity service excellent and give the best service

Pros: there are oppotunities i was doing telephone banking and now am promoted to sales

am a diligent worker. My conduct is commendable; I take tasks given to me seriously and make sure that I reflect integrity and Excellence in my work. I’ve recently completed NQF Level 4 in insurance and have obtained 150 FAIS Credits. I always keep an open mind to both learning from others and sharing my knowledge with those around me. I have a Great Personality and a very High EQ; hence I can easily to get along to people of various age groups and of different personalities. I’m capable of setting priorities and (S.M.A.R.T) Goals in order to reach my primary objective. I’m focused and always want to make sure that at the end of the day the bottom line is reached. My experience in the industry has made me to be Performance Driven and Result Orientated with the ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines or targets. I therefore possess the necessary attributes to prove myself in a tough and demanding environment.
