Was working at Absa for the passed 5 years, was working as a teller and customer service. In my working experience, I have built a strong relationships with my co-workers and we worked as a family. Working as a team has taught me to build a relationship with my co-workers, to get the job done in time. What most I enjoyed working with my team was, we knew when we had to deliver to the company and generate the sales branch, we helped each other to meet our targets.

With my current job I've learnt how to deal with different customers with different personalities also how to handle working under pressure. I've learnt how important to listen and emphathise with the customer's situation and apologise and also make client feel important. Also to have good relationship with colleagues and clients is very important as we have to deal with them on daily basis.

EXCELLENT LEARNING PHASE
I enjoy working as a team member and have a good relation with my colleagues. My daily work is administration I also work closely with internal and external customers. I have learned a lot by working at Absa mostly to be assertive as I meet different characters on daily basis I am able to handle them accordingly. I also treat people with respect and do not discriminate however. I am eager to learn and enjoy something challenging in life. The most challenging aspect in my current work is when I have to negotiate for a better discount from the dealers and deliver the best to my clients, since my company is a fleet company.
